Framework Container House Installation Drawing

The installation of container houses mainly includes steps such as bottom frame installation, wall installation, and floor laying. There are differences in the installation of different types of container houses.

Assembly-type Container Panel House Installation

1. Bottom Frame Installation: On a flat ground or workbench, connect the bottom corners of the container to the bottom beams using hexagon socket bolts, but do not tighten them temporarily. After adjusting to ensure that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm, tighten the bolts.
2. Secondary Beam Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning hole positions on the long beams, fix them with m5.519 self-tapping screws, and at the same time, fix the tops of the π-shaped secondary beams and the bottom beams with st4.816 round-head self-drilling screws.
3. Floor Substrate Laying: Lay the floor substrate (magnesium oxide board) along the 6-meter direction. Pre-drill holes at both ends of the substrate and cut the corners according to the drawn chalk lines.
4. Floor Laying and Fixing: Mark the center line of the π-shaped beams, start laying the floor from one end, and make the joint coincide with the center line of the π-shaped beams. After laying, snap chalk lines according to the marks and fix the floor along the chalk lines with st4.2*38 cross-head flat-tail screws, with a nail spacing of 300 - 350mm.
5. Floor Treatment: Sand the entire floor, especially the board joints, apply PVC special floor adhesive, wait for 10 - 15 minutes, lay the floor covering, expel the air, and if possible, weld the joints of the floor covering.

Foldable Container Mobile House Installation

1. Preparation: Check the stability of the steel wire ropes, lift the main frame, and place support rods in the middle of the container to keep it stable after it is smoothly unfolded.
2. Wall Installation: Push open one wall, tighten it with fastening screws, then push open the other wall with doors and windows and tighten the screws.
3. Positioning Installation: Lift the foldable container house to the predetermined installation position and lower it after ensuring that there is no one around.

Container Prefabricated Building Installation

The residential containers are prefabricated in the factory and transported to the destination. First, accurately lift and position the first container, then place the second container on top of it to form a second-floor space. Next, lift and position the third container adjacent to it as a kitchen and dining room, with the upper floor as a terrace, and finally install the railings.
