Foshan Emergency Mobile Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

The configuration and services of Foshan's emergency mobile toilets are primarily designed to meet the needs of large-scale events, covering three aspects: quantity and distribution, functionality and services, and maintenance and management. Additionally, the market offers a variety of rental options.

I. Quantity and Distribution: Precise Coverage of High-Traffic Areas
To address the emergency toilet needs for events such as the "2025 Foshan 50-Kilometer Walk," Chancheng District has planned 64 portable toilets along the walking route, covering the entire path. Additional portable toilets have been installed at the four major check-in points (Wenhua Park, Guorui Shengpingli, Zhihui Park, and Qingnian Park), with 20 each at Wenhua Park and Qingnian Park, 14 at Guorui Shengpingli, and 10 at Zhihui Park. These toilets are clearly marked for easy identification by participants. Furthermore, the portable toilets complement 21 fixed toilets along the route, with 20 of the fixed toilets equipped with facilities for the disabled and 13 core locations (such as Wenhua Park and Wangjiegang Park) featuring maternity rooms to meet the needs of special groups.

II. Functionality and Services: Online-Offline Integration for Enhanced Convenience
The design of emergency mobile toilets emphasizes practicality and user-friendliness. Online, users can search for the "Foshan Toilets" or "Foshan Urban Management" WeChat public accounts to obtain real-time locations of the nearest three toilets and navigate to them with one click. Offline, directional signs are placed along the route indicating the location and distance of toilets, creating an "online + offline" dual guidance system. In terms of services, portable and fixed toilets work in tandem to ensure sufficient toilet resources during events. For example, Wenhua Park, a high-traffic area, is equipped with 20 portable toilets and offers differentiated services through the maternity rooms and disabled facilities in the fixed toilets.

III. Maintenance and Management: Ensuring Facility and Environmental Standards
Before the event, the Chancheng Urban Management and Environmental Sanitation Department conducts a thorough inspection of toilets along the walking route, focusing on the operational status of facilities (such as flushing systems and lighting) and environmental hygiene (such as disinfection frequency and waste disposal) to ensure that facilities are intact, odor-free, and dry during the event. During the event, dedicated personnel are assigned to patrol and promptly address any issues, such as equipment failures or toilet paper shortages, to ensure a positive user experience.

IV. Market Rental Services: Meeting Diverse Temporary Needs
In addition to government-provided facilities, the Foshan market offers a variety of mobile toilet rental services, including epidemic prevention center mobile toilets (equipped with disinfection functions), portable mobile toilets (lightweight and easy to transport), and luxury mobile toilets (equipped with air conditioning and independent sinks), suitable for temporary scenarios such as marathons, concerts, and music festivals. Renters can choose the appropriate type based on the scale, duration, and budget of the event, with some service providers offering one-stop services for transportation, installation, and maintenance.
