Foreign Pranks with Portable Toilets

Admin September 24, 2026

There are indeed some prank activities involving portable toilets abroad. Here are several typical cases for your detailed introduction:

Misleading Pranks Targeting Specific Groups

Some foreigners have devised a special prank targeting blind pranksters and couples taking care of guide dogs. They have the blind prankster enter the portable toilet on the left, then through a backdoor design, make them exit from the back and enter the toilet on the right. The sanitation workers, unaware of the situation, lift the toilet on the right, which appears to have someone inside, following the normal procedure. In fact, it is empty, leaving the couple taking care of the guide dog confused. This prank takes advantage of spatial layout and people's conventional perceptions to create an unexpected and chaotic situation.

Extreme Pranks Targeting Relatives and Friends

There are also cases abroad where an older brother plays an extreme prank on his younger brother. The older brother gives his younger brother a breath freshener laced with chili water in advance. When the younger brother enters the portable toilet to relieve himself, the older brother, along with his friends, pushes the portable toilet with the younger brother inside into the water. This prank is not only dangerous but also causes significant physical and psychological harm to the victim. The chili water may irritate the younger brother's mouth and respiratory tract, while suddenly being pushed into the water puts him at risk of drowning.

Random Pranks Targeting Passersby

Foreigners also use portable toilets to play pranks on passersby directly. They may place a portable toilet on a path that passersby must take without any warning. When a passerby approaches or tries to use the portable toilet, they use sudden movements or devices to leave the passerby bewildered. This prank takes advantage of passersby's curiosity and the element of surprise to bring them unexpected 'surprises', but it may also cause psychological discomfort due to the sudden fright.

These prank activities involving portable toilets, while providing some entertainment to a certain extent, often exceed the bounds of reason and safety. They may cause physical harm or psychological trauma to others and are not worth advocating.
