Foreign Movable Toilet Materials
Common materials used in foreign movable toilets include metal frames, anti-corrosion wooden boards, PVC plastic sheets, aluminum ceiling tiles, HPL high-pressure laminates, phenolic resin high-pressure boards, etc. Interior decoration materials may also involve imitation marble crystal boards, carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, etc.

Metal frame materials are the core supporting structures of movable toilets, commonly made of stainless steel and galvanized steel sheets. Stainless steel has high strength, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention properties, making it suitable for humid or coastal environments. Galvanized steel sheets form a protective layer through surface galvanization, effectively resisting oxidation and corrosion, and are relatively low-cost, making them an economical choice. Both can ensure the long-term stability of the toilet structure.
Anti-corrosion wooden boards are mostly used for exterior decoration or non-load-bearing structures of toilets. They are endowed with anti-insect and anti-mildew properties through chemical treatment or high-temperature and high-pressure processes, while retaining the natural wood grain texture to enhance aesthetics. Such materials require regular maintenance to extend their service life, but their environmental friendliness is superior to some synthetic materials.
PVC plastic sheets are commonly used materials for interior walls and partitions, featuring waterproof, moisture-proof, and easy-to-clean properties. Their surfaces can simulate various textures (such as wood grain, stone grain), with rich colors, and they are lightweight and easy to install, suitable for rapid deployment scenarios.
Aluminum ceiling tiles are often used for ceilings or partial walls, offering advantages such as moisture resistance, impact resistance, and pollution resistance. Their modular design facilitates disassembly and maintenance, with a service life of over 10 years, making them a cost-effective choice for public facilities.
HPL high-pressure laminates are made of multiple layers of resin-impregnated paper through high-temperature and high-pressure processes, with high surface hardness, wear resistance, and stain resistance, and diverse design styles (such as solid colors, wood grain, metallic textures). They have excellent waterproof performance, suitable for high-humidity environments, but should avoid being scratched by sharp objects.
Phenolic resin high-pressure boards are produced through an integrated molding process, with a smooth and seamless surface, moisture-proof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean, commonly used for interior countertops or partitions of toilets. They have outstanding antibacterial properties, suitable for places with strict hygiene requirements.
Among interior decoration materials, imitation marble crystal boards simulate the texture of natural stone through polymer materials, combining aesthetics with durability. Carved panels are mostly used for decorative partitions to enhance spatial hierarchy. Aluminum-plastic panels combine the strength of aluminum with the flexibility of plastic, suitable for complex shape designs.
The selection of these materials should comprehensively consider the usage environment (such as climate, foot traffic), cost budget, and maintenance requirements to ensure a balance between functionality and economy of movable toilets.
