Foreign Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 24, 2026

There are various ways to produce mobile toilets abroad, with common types including simple mobile toilets, creative mobile toilets, and outdoor toilet construction. Here are the specific production methods:

The production of simple mobile toilets focuses on being lightweight and quick to set up. In some cases, PPR pipes are used as the frame material. Through hot-melt connection technology, the pipes are spliced into rectangular or square structures to form the main support of the toilet. After the frame is completed, waterproof fabrics (such as Oxford cloth or PVC-coated cloth) are used to wrap it. The fabrics need to be fixed to the frame with straps or buckles to ensure airtightness. These toilets usually do not involve complex water and electricity systems and are suitable for temporary events or emergency scenarios. Their advantages lie in low cost and strong disassemblability, but they have limited comfort and functionality.

The production of creative mobile toilets places more emphasis on details and practicality. Handicraft enthusiasts often use glue as the raw material to make toilet seat cover molds. First, design the mold shape according to the standard toilet size and make a master mold with silicone or plaster. Then, mix the glue with a curing agent and pour it into the master mold. After it is fully cured, demold it. The demolded toilet seat cover needs to have its edges trimmed, be coated with white lime milk (or environmentally friendly paint) for surface treatment, and finally be sanded until smooth. The toilet seat ring and the toilet body can be made of plastic buckets or custom-made metal structures, which are combined to form a movable independent toilet. This design is suitable for use in families or small venues, but it requires regular cleaning to avoid odors.

The construction of outdoor toilets requires comprehensive consideration of space planning and infrastructure. Usually, an independent area of about 1 - 2 square meters, such as a corner of the yard, is selected, and functional areas are designed according to the standards of an indoor bathroom. The toilet can be equipped with either a septic tank type or a direct-discharge type connected to the municipal sewage pipeline. For the former, a septic tank needs to be excavated underground and a anti-seepage membrane laid. For the latter, drainage pipes need to be pre-buried. The water tank can be a pressure tank or a gravity water tank, which is connected to the toilet flushing system through pipes. Sound insulation can be achieved by filling sound-absorbing cotton in the walls or laying soundproof boards. For electrical wiring, power outlets for equipment such as lighting and exhaust fans need to be reserved, and waterproof and anti-electric shock measures should be ensured. These toilets have complete functions, but the construction period is relatively long, and water and electricity lines need to be planned in advance.
