Foreign Mobile Toilet Cleaning Process

Admin October 06, 2026

The foreign mobile toilet cleaning process is mainly divided into two categories: detailed process and regular process, as follows:

Detailed Process

  1. Pre-operation Preparation: Operators need to wear full protective gear, including waterproof aprons, non-slip rubber boots, nitrile gloves, and goggles, and set up mobile warning signs to isolate the work area. Core tools include vacuum sewage trucks, high-pressure cleaning machines, long-handled brushes, non-ionic surfactant cleaners, chlorine-containing or hydrogen peroxide-based disinfectants (effective chlorine 500-1000mg/L), and waste collection bags. Before operation, check the liquid level indicator, sewage valve connection status, and ground leakage.
  2. Emptying Sewage: Connect the sewage outlet with a corrosion-resistant hose, start the vacuum pump to slowly extract liquid and solid residues from the sewage storage tank, avoiding pipe blockage or splashing. After completion, inject a small amount of clean water for secondary suction to remove residues from the tank walls.
  3. Flushing: Use a high-pressure cleaning machine (120-180bar) to flush the toilet walls, fixtures, floors, and dead corners with a fan-shaped water jet. Stubborn stains require repeated scrubbing with a long-handled brush and cleaner to ensure no organic residues remain.
  4. Deep Disinfection: Cover all contact surfaces (such as door handles and flush buttons) with disinfectant by spraying or wiping, maintain contact for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with clean water to avoid chemical residues. Disinfect tools such as sewage suction hoses and connectors with the same intensity.
  5. Air Treatment: Use atomized deodorizers to neutralize ammonia and hydrogen sulfide instead of masking odors with fragrances.
  6. Equipment Maintenance and Waste Disposal: Check components such as toilet seals and exhaust fans, and report any damage promptly. Leave clean water in the sewage storage tank and add biodegradable agents. Sewage and wastewater must be transported to designated treatment facilities, and random dumping is strictly prohibited.
  7. Recording: Fill in record sheets including cleaning time, disinfectant dosage, equipment status, and wastewater flow direction.

Regular Process

  1. Collect and Dispose of Waste: Empty the septic tank or collection bucket and transport it to a harmless treatment site.
  2. Basic Surface Wiping: Wipe walls, floors, toilet seats, and other areas with diluted cleaner, and scrub stubborn stains with a soft-bristled brush.
  3. Comprehensive Disinfection and Sterilization: Spray or wipe disinfectant on high-frequency contact areas (such as toilets and door handles).
  4. Improve Air Environment: Turn on ventilation equipment or use deodorizers to disperse odors.
  5. Replenish Supplies: Check and replenish consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap.
  6. Check Equipment: Confirm that lighting, ventilation, and other facilities are operating normally, and repair any faults promptly.
  7. External Cleaning: Rinse the outer shell, doors, and windows to maintain a clean appearance.
  8. Record Information: Record cleaning time, content, and equipment status.
