Schematic Diagram of Foam Mobile Toilet

The foam mobile toilet mainly relies on foam sealing technology to achieve its functions, and its working principle is as follows:

The core component of the foam mobile toilet is the foaming device. This device mixes water and a special foaming agent in a specific ratio, which is precisely adjusted to ensure the production of stable-quality and high-performance foam. The mixed liquid generates a large amount of fine foam through compressed air or mechanical means. These foams are rich in tiny bubbles, with a light and uniform texture.

The generated foam covers the inner surface of the toilet bowl, forming a sealing layer. This sealing layer plays an important role. On the one hand, it effectively isolates odors. Due to the special structure of the foam, it can prevent the upward diffusion of odors generated in the toilet, thereby maintaining relatively fresh air inside the toilet and avoiding the problem of pervasive odors in traditional toilets. On the other hand, the foam can prevent waste from adhering to the inner walls of the toilet bowl. Its fine texture makes it difficult for waste to attach, reducing the difficulty and workload of cleaning.

When a user finishes using the toilet, the foam wraps around the excreta. At this point, the excreta, wrapped in foam, are discharged into the storage tank through the action of gravity or a flushing system. If gravity is used, it utilizes the weight of the excreta to make them naturally slide down the slope of the toilet bowl into the storage tank; while the flushing system provides additional power when necessary to ensure the smooth discharge of the excreta.

In addition, the foaming agent mixed with water forms a foaming liquid, which generates foam under the action of compressed air to replace the traditional flushing method. The foam has good lubricity, which helps the excreta slide smoothly and does not cause blockages in the toilet bowl. At the same time, the foam layer seals the drainage outlet, further blocking the diffusion of odors and providing users with a relatively comfortable and odor-free environment. Moreover, the characteristic of foam volume expansion enables the foam mobile toilet to save water, greatly reducing water consumption compared to traditional flushing toilets.
