Welding Process of Flat-Roof Mobile Toilet

Admin October 12, 2026

The welding process of a flat-roof mobile toilet mainly includes four steps: material preparation and cutting, frame welding, component fixation, and quality inspection.

Firstly, material preparation and cutting are the foundation of welding. Selecting appropriate materials according to the design requirements of the mobile toilet is crucial. Commonly used main frame materials are galvanized steel square tubes, which have good corrosion resistance and strength. For stainless steel mobile toilets, stainless steel plates are required. According to the design drawings, the steel or stainless steel plates are cut into the required shapes and sizes to form various components of the toilet, such as walls, roofs, and floors. During the cutting process, it is necessary to ensure accurate dimensions to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent welding.

Next, frame welding is the core of the entire welding process. Using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding or other suitable welding methods, the cut steel is welded into the overall external frame structure of the toilet. This step requires firm welding, and the error must be controlled within ±3mm to ensure the stability and accuracy of the frame. For stainless steel mobile toilets, the cut stainless steel plates are also welded into the overall external structure using a welding machine. During the welding process, attention should be paid to controlling the welding temperature and speed to avoid deformation or cracks.

Then, component fixation is the process of installing pre-processed wall panels, roof panels, and other components onto the frame. These components can be fixed to the frame using bolts or welding methods, depending on the material and design requirements of the components. During the fixation process, it is necessary to ensure a tight connection between the components and the frame without any looseness to ensure the stability of the overall structure.

Finally, the quality inspection is a crucial step to ensure welding quality. After welding is completed, the welding joints need to be carefully inspected to ensure there are no gaps, cracks, or other defects. At the same time, stability tests should be conducted on the overall structure to ensure that the toilet can withstand various external forces during use without deformation or damage. Strict quality control in the inspection process is an important guarantee for ensuring the quality and safety of the flat-roof mobile toilet.
