• Compressive strength: The dry flexural strength is 12-18MPa, and the wet strength is higher (for example, the wet flexural strength of products from Shanghai is 22MPa), which can withstand the placement of heavy equipment.
• Density and deformation rate: The surface density is 0.85-1.27g/cm³, with low wet expansion and thermal shrinkage rates. It does not deform after being soaked in water for one month, and the dry-wet deformation rate is only 0.26%.

• Waterproof and moisture-proof: With a water absorption rate of 15%, it does not expand or get moldy in humid environments and is suitable for coastal or high-humidity areas.
