Fire and Moisture-Proof Mobile Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

The fire and moisture-proof mobile toilet is a modular sanitary facility with flame-retardant and moisture-proof properties as its core features, suitable for outdoor or temporary scenarios. Its design achieves functional stability through material selection and structural optimization.

Material and Structural Characteristics

  1. Frame Material: The main frame is mostly made of galvanized square tubes, which form a stable structure through welding. The galvanized layer isolates air and moisture, preventing metal rusting, while the square tube cross-section design enhances impact resistance, enabling it to withstand strong winds or external collisions.
  2. Exterior Wall Material: Metal carved panels are selected, which combine fire and moisture resistance. Their surface texture can blend with environments such as scenic spots, reducing visual abruptness.
  3. Interior Wall Material: PVC material is used, which has a smooth surface that is easy to clean and excellent waterproof performance, preventing mildew caused by moisture.
  4. Floor Material: Non-slip patterned aluminum plates or tiles are laid. The aluminum plates increase friction through surface concave-convex textures, reducing the risk of slipping on rainy days; the tiles achieve easy cleaning and antibacterial effects through ceramic glaze.

Moisture-Proof Principle and Performance

The moisture-proof capability of the mobile toilet mainly relies on the panel structure: the base material (such as magnesium oxide board, cement fiber board, or calcium silicate board) is coated with a fire-resistant coating or melamine finish on its surface, forming a barrier against moisture penetration. Under normal humidity conditions (60%-80%), the panels are less likely to deform, bubble, or mildew. However, if exposed to extremely humid and poorly ventilated environments for a long time (such as humidity consistently exceeding 90% or direct contact with standing water), moisture may infiltrate from the edges or seams, causing panel edge swelling, surface peeling, or mold growth. Therefore, during installation, it is necessary to ensure that the panel edges are sealed and the interior of the toilet is well-ventilated.

Applicable Scenarios and Modular Advantages

It is suitable for outdoor or indoor humid environments such as temporary construction sites and scenic spot restrooms, maintaining structural stability and meeting daily usage needs. Its modular design supports rapid capacity expansion (such as adding units during peak tourist seasons in scenic spots) or disassembly and relocation to other locations for reuse, flexibly adapting to different needs.

Purchase and Installation Recommendations

  1. Material Parameters: Pay attention to the panel moisture content (national standard ≤12%), water absorption rate (recommended ≤15%), fire rating (such as Class A non-combustible material), and mold resistance rating.
  2. High-Humidity Areas: Prioritize products with high-pressure decorative panels (HPL) or high-density magnesium oxide boards on their surfaces for better moisture resistance.
  3. Installation Details: Use mold-resistant sealant to treat all seams and install a waterproof underlayment on the floor to isolate moisture.
