Fire Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

Fire mobile toilets come in various types, brands, materials, and uses, with special design requirements in different regions.

Brands and Types: There are numerous brands of fire mobile toilets, with common ones including Zhongyuji, Zhensheng, Jiamei, etc. Their types are diverse, covering special vehicles such as fire washing vehicles, service support public toilet vehicles, etc. These vehicles typically have 6 - 12 squatting positions and are produced by professional automobile companies, such as Chengli Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. The vehicle displacement ranges from 3000 - 6500ml, with 2 - 5 axles and an axle base of 4600mm. They also involve complex functions such as network communication systems and are suitable for various fire service scenarios.

Material Selection: In terms of materials, fire mobile toilets often use steel structures, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, aluminum alloys, stainless steel, etc. Steel structures are sturdy and durable, capable of withstanding significant external forces; fiberglass-reinforced plastics are lightweight and have high strength, being corrosion-resistant; aluminum alloys are lightweight and have good corrosion resistance; stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Different materials are selected based on actual needs and cost factors.

Wide Range of Uses: In terms of uses, fire mobile toilets can serve as outdoor restrooms to meet people's physiological needs during outdoor activities; they can also be used as mobile toilets for quick deployment at different locations; they can function as public toilets to provide sanitary facilities in public places; at the same time, they possess the characteristics of eco-friendly toilets, emphasizing environmental protection and the rational utilization of resources.

Design for Special Regions: In cold regions such as Northeast China, fire mobile toilets have special requirements for structural material selection. Taking Benxi as an example, to withstand temperatures as low as tens of degrees below zero and meet the needs of frequent transportation and long-term stationing, in terms of frame specifications, 80801.2mm galvanized square tubes are used as the main frame. This specification of square tubes can ensure sufficient wind and snow resistance; the glass system is equipped with double-glazed units, using the dry air or inert gas in the interlayer to form a thermal barrier layer, reducing the heat transfer coefficient and effectively solving the anti-condensation problem, ensuring that the interior temperature of the toilet is appropriate and the glass does not frost up, affecting use in cold environments.
