Finished Mobile Toilet Production
Admin September 24, 2026
Finished mobile toilets can be produced using water storage barrels or water storage tanks and pallets. Due to the lack of detailed steps, the production method for solar-powered mobile toilets cannot be fully introduced at this time.

Production Using Water Storage Barrels
- Basic Structure Construction: First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Then, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to secure them to the upper side of the barrel, increasing the height to provide space for subsequent installation of facilities.
- Wall and Roof Construction: Create an opening on the side of the water storage barrel and install sponge strips to form a door frame. Embed plastic soft boards to create walls. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics and prevent water leakage.
- Drainage and Connection Setup: Create a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drainage pipe, forming a floor drain. Drill holes on the side to connect direct fittings, facilitating sewage discharge and pipe connections.
- Facility Installation: Install facilities such as toilets, water tanks, bathroom heaters, showers, and sinks, and connect the water pipes properly to ensure normal operation of each facility.
Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
- Mobility and Tank Processing: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet and place a water storage tank on it. Use an angle grinder to cut the top of the water storage tank to create an open tank. Stack two tanks and secure them with self-tapping screws to increase internal space.
- Door Creation: Cut rectangular openings on the outer frame and tank of the water storage tank to serve as doorways for easy access.
- Drainage and Sealing: Create a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow and water pipe, and seal the gaps to prevent sewage leakage.
- Facility Installation and Connection: Install and secure the toilet. Fix water pipes and faucets on wall clips and connect the sink. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, and install a spray-type showerhead and a toilet seat.
- Door Installation: Fix hinges and wooden boards on the frame of the water storage tank to form a door. Install a door handle to ensure normal use of the door.
