Finished Mobile Toilet Construction Plan

Admin October 19, 2026

The construction plan for finished mobile toilets should cover aspects such as project overview, compilation basis, construction preparation, construction process, quality control, and safety construction measures. Details are as follows:

I. Project Overview

Clarify the project background and construction objectives, such as providing temporary or long-term sanitation facilities for a scenic spot or event venue. Determine the construction scale, including the planned number of mobile toilets to be erected, the floor area of each toilet, the number of toilet stalls (e.g., the ratio of male to female to accessible stalls), and the division of functional areas (e.g., management rooms, tool rooms, etc.).

II. Compilation Basis

Compile the plan based on national standards such as the 'Design Standard for Urban Public Toilets' (CJJ14 - 2016) and the 'Load Code for the Design of Building Structures' (GB50009 - 2012), combined with on-site survey data (e.g., topography, geology, meteorological conditions) and the design requirements of Party A.

III. Construction Preparation

  1. Technical Documents: Familiarize yourself with the construction drawings and understand the layout, structure, and dimensions of the toilets.
  2. On-site Conditions:
    • Survey the site's topography, ground bearing capacity, flatness, and drainage slope, and identify the locations of obstacles, underground pipelines, and overhead cables.
    • Determine the water and electricity access points or sewage discharge paths. For toilets without water supply and drainage, plan storage and removal plans for sewage.
    • Evaluate the working space for transport vehicles and lifting equipment, considering the impact of meteorological factors on stability and drainage.
    • Clear the site of debris and vegetation and level the ground.
  3. Construction Equipment: Prepare tools such as cranes, forklifts, spirit levels, tape measures, and electric drills, as well as equipment like excavators and welding machines.
  4. Construction Team: Organize a qualified team, clarify the responsibilities of the project leader, technical leader, and various trades, and conduct technical and safety briefings.
  5. Construction Materials: Purchase materials that meet standards, including main units, connecting fittings, sealing materials, fasteners, and cables.

IV. Construction Process

  1. Foundation Construction: Design a concrete, sleeper, or steel foundation based on the ground conditions to ensure a flat and level surface.
  2. Main Body Installation: Lift the toilet units into place and adjust their positions. For customized toilets, erect steel frames and install walls.
  3. Interior Decoration: Lay the floor, decorate the walls, and install the ceiling, choosing aesthetically pleasing and durable finishing materials.
  4. Water and Electricity Installation and Commissioning: Install water supply and drainage pipes, as well as lighting and ventilation equipment, ensuring they are secure and leak-free, and conduct commissioning.
  5. Sealing and Waterproofing Treatment: Prepare the base properly, apply the waterproofing layer, and protect the finished product.

V. Quality Control Measures

Establish a dedicated project department and clarify job responsibilities; control the quality of raw materials and finished products; strictly implement construction techniques and technical standards; detect and monitor construction process data; and emphasize civilized construction and environmental protection.

VI. Safety Construction Measures

Formulate a safety management system and conduct training and inspections; ensure the good performance of mechanical equipment; provide safety protective equipment for construction personnel and supervise its use.
