Fengtai Mobile Toilet Rental Process

Admin October 11, 2026

The rental process for mobile toilets in Fengtai generally includes eight steps: requirement communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure. Details are as follows:

Requirement Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the service provider of the usage scenario, such as outdoor events or construction sites, as different scenarios have varying requirements for toilet durability and capacity. They should also specify the rental duration, the number of toilets needed, and whether special features like sinks or barrier-free facilities are required. Additionally, providing the exact location of the site is necessary for the service provider to plan transportation routes and installation plans.

Proposal Quotation: Based on customer needs, the service provider recommends suitable types of mobile toilets, such as single-unit toilets or connected toilets. When calculating the rental cost, factors like toilet type, rental duration, and quantity are considered. Transportation and installation fees are determined based on the site location, transportation distance, and installation difficulty. A written quotation is then provided to the customer to ensure cost transparency.

Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the proposal and quotation, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract clearly outlines the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, such as the service provider being responsible for regular maintenance and repair of the toilets, and the customer being required to use the toilets reasonably and avoid causing damage, with compensation to be made as agreed upon in case of damage. The customer needs to pay a certain percentage of the deposit to ensure the certainty of the order.

Preparation and Delivery: The service provider thoroughly cleans the mobile toilets at the agreed-upon time, checks that all functions are working properly, and ensures the toilets are ready for use. Then, appropriate vehicles are arranged to transport the clean and functional mobile toilets to the customer's designated site.

On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff completes the placement of the toilets according to the actual site conditions and customer requirements. If fixation is required, appropriate methods such as using ground anchors are employed. After that, the basic functions of the toilets, such as flushing and ventilation, are tested to ensure normal operation.

Rental Service: During the rental period, the service provider regularly cleans the toilets, replenishes consumables like toilet paper and hand soap, and promptly repairs any malfunctions in accordance with the contract, ensuring the toilets are always in good working condition.

Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff removes the fixed devices of the toilets and transports them back for subsequent maintenance and re-rental.

Settlement Closure: The service provider checks the fees incurred during the rental period, including any additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirmation, the customer's deposit is refunded, completing the entire transaction process.
