Fengdu Mobile Toilet Design
The design of Fengdu mobile toilets revolves around modular construction, encompassing four core modules: structural framework, enclosure and interior decoration, sanitation treatment, and auxiliary systems. Through scientific integration, these modules achieve diverse functional requirements.

1. Structural Framework Module: The Core of Support and Transportation As the 'skeleton' of mobile toilets, the structural framework typically employs lightweight, high-strength materials such as galvanized square steel or corrosion-resistant steel structures, formed into a stable framework through welding processes. The design must balance rigidity, wind and earthquake resistance with rapid hoisting and transportation needs, such as by reserving interfaces on the framework for precise alignment of subsequent modules. Some designs adopt a container form, using standard housing units as carriers and achieving functional integration through internal modifications, ensuring both structural strength and enhanced transportation efficiency.
2. Enclosure and Interior Decoration Module: Ensuring Environment and Experience Wall materials are selected from metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, or new composite materials, possessing fire resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, and easy cleaning properties. Internally, anti-slip floors, wall panels, ceilings, and handrails are integrated. Key details lie in the sealing treatment of joints, such as using waterproof adhesive tapes or welding processes to prevent water seepage or odor leakage, directly enhancing facility durability and user comfort. Some high-end designs also incorporate humanized configurations like mirrors and shelves.
3. Sanitation Treatment Module: The Core of Technological Differentiation Different technologies are chosen based on usage scenarios (e.g., waterless scenic spots, city squares):
- Water-flush direct-discharge type: Requires connection to municipal sewage networks or septic tanks, suitable for areas with complete infrastructure;
- Recirculating water-flush type: Incorporates a small-scale sewage treatment unit for water resource recycling through filtration and disinfection;
- Waterless packaging type: Utilizes biodegradable films to automatically package excreta, requiring no water or electricity, suitable for remote areas;
- Microbial degradation type: Decomposes excreta into harmless substances through bacterial strains, offering the best environmental performance but at a higher cost. Additionally, for locations where sewage cannot be directly discharged, a matching septic tank must be designed, with its capacity strictly aligned with the toilet scale to ensure treatment efficiency.
4. Auxiliary System Module: Complementing Functional Perfection Includes lighting, ventilation, water supply and drainage pipelines, and signage:
- Ventilation system: Adopts forced exhaust devices combined with negative pressure design for rapid odor removal;
- Lighting system: Prioritizes low-power LED light sources, with some integrating solar power supply units to reduce energy consumption;
- Water supply and drainage pipelines: Configured only in water-flush toilets, requiring freeze-resistant and pressure-resistant materials;
- Signage: Includes usage instructions, emergency call buttons, etc., enhancing safety and convenience.
Through modular design and technological integration, Fengdu mobile toilets achieve the goals of rapid deployment, strong environmental adaptability, and functional diversification, widely applied in tourism, municipal, emergency, and other fields.
