The Feihe stainless steel mobile toilet is crafted from high-quality materials and advanced processes, featuring durability, easy cleaning, and strong adaptability, and can be customized according to needs.

Manufacturing Process and Materials

• Steel Frame Structure: Utilizes hot-dip galvanized square tubes, with a load-bearing base of 100×100×3.0mm specifications. The wall frames and roof use 50×30×2.5mm and 40×80×2.0mm square tubes, respectively. The entire structure is welded, polished, and treated with two coats of epoxy paint for corrosion resistance, ensuring structural robustness and the ability to withstand lifting or shovel loading for movement.
• Exterior Decoration Materials: The exterior wall is made of 1.0mm thick 304 stainless steel plate, which is resistant to ultraviolet rays, water vapor, acid, and alkali erosion, and has a fire rating of B1. It offers stable color, easy cleaning, and excellent sound insulation and thermal insulation properties.
• Interior Decoration Materials: The interior wall uses 3.0mm thick high-grade UV decorative panels with a fire rating of B1, featuring a smooth surface that is resistant to dirt buildup and easy for cleaning staff to maintain. The floor is laid with 1.2mm thick anti-slip patterned aluminum plates or marble tiles, with a 15mm moisture-proof template underneath. The interior ceiling uses white PVC扣板 (PVC ceiling panels), which are strong and easy to maintain.
• Roof and Doors/Windows: The roof adopts a structure of base plate + SBS waterproof layer + color steel insulation layer, providing waterproof, anti-corrosion, and sun-proof functions. The doors and windows are 1.2mm thick aluminum alloy casement windows (with frosted glass) and aluminum composite panel doors. The doors have louvers at the bottom to form air circulation with the interior, ensuring ventilation without odors.
• Detail Handling: The external corner trim uses 1.2mm thick 304 stainless steel, combining aesthetics with durability. The plumbing system uses Gongyuan PPR25 water supply pipes and PPR110 sewage pipes to ensure stable water supply and drainage.

Main Configurations

• Wash Area: Equipped with LED lights (manual switch), marble countertops, above-counter basins, decorative mirrors, and water-saving stainless steel faucets, combining practicality with aesthetics.
• Mobile Toilet: Configured with LED lights (manual switch), aluminum alloy louvered ventilation windows, external exhaust fans, ceramic squat toilets/urinals, water-saving cisterns, and marble under-counter basins, meeting basic usage needs.

Other Parameters

• Electrical and Control: The power supply is AC220V, 50HZ, supporting automatic/manual control modes. The flushing method is direct water flushing, and the door opening method can be either outward or inward.
• Environmental Adaptability: It can operate normally within an extreme temperature range of -40℃ to 55℃, suitable for various climatic conditions.
