Fecal Suction Truck for Mobile Toilets
Fecal suction trucks can be used to extract fecal sewage from mobile toilets. The core operating principles and work processes are as follows:

1. Core Principle: Vacuum Negative Pressure Adsorption
The fecal suction truck drives the vacuum pump through its engine, creating a negative pressure environment inside the tank (where the air pressure is lower than the external atmospheric pressure). When the sewage suction pipe is connected to the sewage outlet of the mobile toilet, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the tank drives the waste (a mixture of feces, sewage, etc.) into the tank through the suction pipe. This process does not require an additional power source and relies solely on the pressure difference for efficient adsorption.
2. Tank Structure and Functional Design
The tank is the core container of the fecal suction truck and is typically made of high-strength steel to withstand negative pressure and the weight of the waste. Its key components include:
- Fecal observation window: Located on the side of the tank, it is used to monitor the liquid level inside the tank in real-time to prevent waste overflow;
- Anti-overflow valve: Installed at the connection between the sewage suction pipe and the tank, it automatically closes when the liquid level approaches 80% of the tank's capacity to prevent waste from flowing back into the vacuum pump or engine;
- Four-way valve: Controls the direction of air pressure inside the tank. During operation, it switches to the "suction mode" to create negative pressure; during unloading, it switches to the "air injection mode" to inject compressed air into the tank and use positive pressure to discharge the waste from the rear door.
3. Special Design of Environmentally Friendly Fecal Suction Trucks
Some models are equipped with preliminary separation devices to achieve solid-liquid separation through optimized internal tank structures:
- Solid sedimentation area: The bottom of the tank is designed as a slope or cone, allowing solid residues (such as toilet paper and fecal particles) to settle here;
- Liquid storage area: The liquid flows to the upper space through a filter device at the rear of the tank, reducing the risk of solid blockages during unloading.
Such designs can reduce subsequent processing costs but require regular cleaning of the sediment at the bottom of the tank.
4. Typical Application Scenarios and Manufacturer Support
Fecal suction trucks produced by companies such as Shandong Runmei Sanitation Equipment Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongli Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., and Hubei Jiangnan Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. are all clearly marked as suitable for mobile toilet fecal extraction. Their models cover tank capacities ranging from 3 to 15 cubic meters, accommodating the cleaning needs of mobile toilets of different scales. Some models also support non-standard customization to adapt to special working conditions.
