Fast-Assembled Container House Construction

Admin September 17, 2026

The construction of fast-assembled container houses primarily employs on-site assembly and screw-splicing methods, featuring detachability, mobility, and on-site installation services. Here is a detailed introduction to its construction:

Construction Method

All materials for fast-assembled container houses are processed in the factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly. This approach ensures the processing precision of each component, enhancing the efficiency and quality of on-site construction. During on-site assembly, components are primarily connected using screws, eliminating the need for complex welding processes. This makes the operation relatively simple and reduces the technical requirements for construction personnel.

Construction Steps (Taking a 3m x 6m fast-assembled container house as an example)

  1. Constructing the Bottom Frame: This is the foundational step in building the entire house. The bottom frame provides stable support, ensuring that the house does not wobble or tilt during subsequent use. Construction personnel need to accurately splice the processed bottom frame components according to design requirements and securely fasten them with screws. During construction, the levelness of the bottom frame must be ensured, and tools such as spirit levels can be used for detection and adjustment.
  2. Installing Walls and Roof: After the bottom frame is constructed, walls and roof are installed sequentially. The components for walls and roof are also pre-processed in the factory, and construction personnel only need to splice them with the bottom frame in order. During installation, attention should be paid to the tightness of connections between components to ensure the house's airtightness and thermal insulation. Additionally, the verticality and flatness of walls and roof must be guaranteed to make the house's appearance neat and aesthetically pleasing.
  3. Installing Doors and Windows: After the walls and roof are installed, doors and windows are installed. The installation positions and dimensions of doors and windows must strictly adhere to design requirements to ensure they can open and close normally and have good sealing performance. During installation, attention should be paid to the firm connection between doors, windows, and walls to avoid issues such as looseness and air leakage.

Advantages and Characteristics

Fast-assembled container houses are detachable and mobile, providing great flexibility during use. When a change of location is needed, the house can simply be disassembled and transported to a new site for reassembly. Furthermore, due to their standardized and modular design, on-site installation services can be provided, offering great convenience to users.
