Production of Family Mobile Toilets

Admin September 24, 2026

Family mobile toilets can be made using materials such as water storage barrels, chemical barrels, or water storage tanks along with pallets. Here are the specific methods:

Production Using a Water Storage Barrel

First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise. Then, fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Take wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the barrel with self-tapping screws to increase height. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to create walls. Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics. Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, and drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint. Then, install a toilet and a water tank, fix them with glass glue, and connect the drain pipe to a sewage barrel. Finally, connect a water pipe to the three-way outlet of the water outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the inlet pipe for a handwashing basin.

Production Using Two Chemical Barrels

First, remove the steel bars from the chemical barrels and cut off the lids with a cutting machine. Place the two plastic barrels upside down together and fix the upper and lower iron frames. Cut an opening the size of a door frame on one side, and make a corresponding cut on the inner plastic barrel. Use rectangular iron sheets to fix the gap between the two plastic barrels to ensure airtightness. Drill holes in the corners of the plastic barrels to install PVC pipes, apply sealant, and then cut off the excess PVC pipes. Place the toilet and install the toilet tank, connecting the inlet pipe and the handwashing basin. Make a showerhead with a PVC pipe and connect it to the water pipe. Install two wooden doors and handles. Finally, extend and connect the inlet pipe, test whether all functions are normal, and connect the drain outlet to a septic tank.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

Take out a plastic pallet and fix universal wheels at its four corners to enable mobility. On this basis, you can further install a water storage tank as a water storage device, install a toilet, a water tank, and other facilities according to needs, and connect the corresponding inlet and outlet pipes to complete the basic structure of the mobile toilet.
