Factory Portable Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

A factory portable toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in factories and other places to provide toilet services for the public and customers.

I. Basic Components A factory portable toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure the normal use and hygiene of the toilet. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and treat excreta, the sanitary ware provides the basic function of using the toilet, and the mobile device allows the toilet to be easily moved and rearranged.

II. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure mobile toilets are usually relatively simple and suitable for small-scale or temporary needs; while composite-structure mobile toilets are more complex and may include multiple functional areas, such as separate men's and women's restrooms and washrooms, suitable for large-scale or long-term needs.
  2. By moving method: They can be divided into lifting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets usually require external equipment (such as cranes) for movement; while powered and towed mobile toilets may be equipped with their own power systems or towing devices, making movement more convenient.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets treat excreta through water flushing or suction; circulating water-flush mobile toilets reduce water consumption by recycling water resources; and dry-packing mobile toilets package excreta in a dry form for subsequent treatment and transportation.

III. Main Features Factory portable toilets have the advantages of being easily transported to any place where toilets need to be set up and can be used repeatedly. Their movable, combinable, and easy-to-transport characteristics make them very suitable for factories and other places that require flexible toilet arrangements. In addition, according to the actual needs of the factory, mobile toilets of different specifications and functions can also be customized to meet specific usage requirements.
