Factory Outdoor Mobile Toilet
Admin September 22, 2026
Factory outdoor mobile toilets are toilet facilities that are suitable for places like factories and can be moved as a whole.

I. Product Types There are various types of factory outdoor mobile toilets. Taking the products of Dezhou Hongtu Metal Products Co., Ltd. as an example:
- Simple row-connected toilets: Usually equipped with 3 squatting positions, featuring an independent row-connected design. The color is sky blue, and the internal sanitary ware is fully equipped to meet basic usage needs.
- Butterfly-shaped multi-squatting-position toilets: These are relatively large in size (12 meters long and 3 meters wide) and can accommodate 12 public restrooms. The exterior walls are made of Great Wall panels and metal carved panels, combining aesthetics with durability.
- Male and female two-squatting-position ready-to-ship toilets: They are 5.2 meters long and 2.3 meters wide, with an overall apple-pod shape. The frame is made of galvanized steel structure, and the exterior wall panels combine Great Wall panels with hollow-out designs. The men's restroom is equipped with two squatting positions, suitable for small-scale usage scenarios.
II. Structural Composition The core structures of mobile toilets include:
- Fecal treatment system: It includes fecal sewage storage tanks or disposal devices. Some models adopt treatment methods such as water flushing, waterless flushing suction, recirculating water flushing, or dry packing to meet different environmental protection requirements.
- Basic structure: The floor, walls, and roof form a closed space. The materials are mostly anti-corrosion and easy-to-clean composite panels (such as Great Wall panels and metal carved panels).
- Functional equipment: Sanitary ware (squatting pans, urinals), washing equipment (sinks), water tanks, etc., are all available. Some high-end models are also equipped with ventilation systems or lighting devices.
- Mobile devices: According to the moving methods, they are divided into lifting types, handling types, and powered trailer types, ensuring that the facilities can be quickly deployed to the designated locations.
III. Classification Methods
- By structural form: They are divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (multi-unit combinations).
- By moving method: They are divided into lifting types (requiring lifting equipment), handling types (manual or mechanical handling), and powered trailer types (can be towed for movement).
- By sewage treatment method: They are divided into water-flushing types (requiring a water source), waterless flushing suction types (regularly cleaning the fecal storage tank), recirculating water-flushing types (water recycling), and dry packing types (using biodegradable bags to collect feces).
IV. Core Advantages Mobile toilets have three major characteristics: mobility, combinability, and convenient transportation. They can flexibly meet the toilet needs in scenarios such as temporary employment in factories and outdoor operations. At the same time, they support repeated use, reducing long-term construction costs.
