Construction Plan for Mobile Toilets in Factory Areas
Admin October 19, 2026
The construction plan for mobile toilets in factory areas mainly includes five aspects: construction preparation, construction process, construction precautions, construction schedule, and construction quality assurance measures. Details are as follows:

I. Construction Preparation
- Construction Organization: Establish a project team, clarify the job responsibilities of the project manager, technical leader, and construction leader, organize training for construction personnel to master installation techniques.
- Materials and Equipment: Prepare the mobile toilet body (including facilities such as toilets and washbasins), installation tools (wrenches, spirit levels, etc.), and auxiliary materials (waterproof, sealing, soundproof, and anti-slip materials).
- Construction Site: Ensure the site is flat and open, set up safety warning signs and temporary drainage facilities to ensure construction safety and smooth drainage.
II. Construction Process
- Construction Surveying: Determine the installation location according to the design drawings, use surveying tools to verify dimensions, and ensure accurate positioning.
- Construction Preparation: Check the integrity of the toilet body and accessories, replenish missing tools and materials to avoid construction interruptions.
- Construction Installation:
- Foundation Construction: Excavate the foundation pit according to the design, lay the bedding to ensure flatness, install drainage pipes, and test their smoothness.
- Body Installation: Place the toilet body and level it, connect accessories such as toilets and washbasins, install lighting and ventilation equipment, and test their functions; sequentially lay waterproof, sealing, soundproof, and anti-slip materials to ensure each step meets standards.
- Commissioning and Acceptance: Test the operation of equipment by powering it on, check drainage, sealing, and other performance, and conduct item-by-item acceptance according to design requirements.
III. Construction Precautions
- Environmental Protection: Control dust and noise during construction, promptly clean up waste to reduce the impact on the factory environment.
- Safe Operation: Construction personnel should wear safety helmets and gloves, use safety harnesses for high-altitude work, and comply with electrical and fire safety regulations.
- Material Conservation: Accurately calculate material usage to avoid excessive cutting or waste, and classify and recycle remaining materials.
- Communication and Coordination: Confirm construction time and routes with the factory management department in advance to avoid affecting normal production activities.
IV. Construction Schedule
The total construction period is 8 days, specifically allocated as follows: preliminary preparation for 1 day, construction surveying for 1 day, foundation construction for 2 days, body installation for 3 days, and commissioning and acceptance for 1 day.
V. Construction Quality Assurance Measures
- Standardized Construction: Strictly follow design drawings and technical standards for operation, and prohibit unauthorized modifications to structures or materials.
- Process Control: Conduct quality inspections after each process is completed, with a focus on monitoring hidden projects such as waterproofing and sealing.
- Three-Level Inspection: Conduct self-inspection by construction teams, mutual inspection between adjacent processes, and special inspection by full-time quality inspectors to ensure no issues are overlooked.
- Problem Rectification: Immediately rework any quality defects found, record the rectification process, and re-inspect until qualified.
- Final Acceptance: Organize joint acceptance by the construction, design, and supervision units, and submit complete construction documents and quality assurance files.
