Factory Area Mobile Toilet

Admin September 27, 2026

Factory area mobile toilets are facilities that provide flexible sanitation solutions for places like factory areas, characterized by flexibility, rapid deployment, and environmental adaptability. The following is a detailed introduction from four aspects: product types, material and structure, customization process, and internal configuration:

Product Types: There are two common types: single-unit and modular. Single-unit mobile toilets are suitable for places with dispersed foot traffic. They have a relatively simple structure, occupy a small area, and can be flexibly moved to different locations for use. Modular mobile toilets form multiple toilet stalls through modular assembly, meeting the usage needs of larger crowds. They can also be equipped with facilities such as sinks and urinals according to actual requirements. For example, a European-style mobile restroom features a two-male and two-female configuration, custom-made with ivory-colored metal carved panels and equipped with a marble sink in the middle. There is also a mobile toilet customized by a Zhejiang customer for a factory, with seven squatting positions for men and one for women.

Material and Structure: The main frame generally adopts steel structure to ensure sufficient stability and durability, capable of withstanding certain external impacts and long-term use. Exterior wall materials can be selected from galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, or metal carved panels, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Internally, rock wool or polyurethane is commonly used for thermal insulation, effectively maintaining a stable temperature inside the toilet and improving user comfort. The floor is usually laid with anti-slip flooring and paired with a waterproof layer to prevent slipping and sewage leakage. Doors and windows often use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass, ensuring both light transmission and safety.

Customization Process: It usually starts with communicating requirements, including determining dimensions and layout, door and window positions and opening methods, internal circuit configurations (such as sockets, lighting, and air conditioning reservations), as well as exterior color and logo design. The enterprise will provide a reasonable design plan based on the on-site conditions provided by the user, and enter the factory prefabrication stage after user confirmation. The production cycle is generally around 7 to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the plan. After prefabrication is complete, the product is transported to the site in whole or modular form. Only basic leveling is required before hoisting or assembling, and it can be quickly put into use after connecting to water and electricity.

Internal Configuration: Basic configurations usually include lighting systems, sockets, distribution boxes, and exhaust fans, meeting basic usage needs. To enhance the user experience, variable-frequency air conditioners and other equipment can also be installed to provide a more comfortable environment.
