Rental Contract for Mobile Toilets During the Epidemic

Admin October 05, 2026

The key contents of a rental contract for mobile toilets during the epidemic are similar to those of a general mobile toilet rental contract, mainly covering aspects such as leased items, rental period, rent and payment methods, service contents, responsibilities of both parties, liability for breach of contract, and other matters.

I. Leased Items The contract should specify the exact quantity, specifications, models, and placement locations of the mobile toilets that Party A leases to Party B. For example, it can be agreed to lease 10 mobile toilets that meet hygiene standards, with the model being XX, and place them around the epidemic prevention and control isolation points or temporary medical facilities designated by Party B to ensure they meet the usage needs of personnel.

II. Rental Period The start and end dates of the rental should be clearly defined. If Party B needs to renew the lease after the expiration of the rental period, it should submit a written application to Party A a certain number of days (e.g., 7 days) in advance. After Party A's consent, a new contract should be signed. This helps protect the rights and interests of both parties and avoids disputes due to unclear terms.

III. Rent and Payment Methods The rent amount and payment time nodes should be specified. The rent can be calculated on a daily, monthly, or annual basis. For example, when calculated on a daily basis, the price is 620 yuan per toilet per day for rentals of 15 days (inclusive) or less, and 580 yuan per toilet per day for rentals of 16 days (inclusive) or more; when calculated on a monthly basis, the rent is 450 yuan per toilet per month. At the same time, it should be made clear that a penalty will be imposed for overdue payments to urge Party B to fulfill its payment obligations on time.

IV. Service Contents Some contracts will specify service standards, such as the number of weekly cleanings and professional environmental protection deodorization treatments. During the epidemic, a regular disinfection clause can be added, requiring Party A or Party B to conduct comprehensive disinfection of the mobile toilets in accordance with epidemic prevention and control requirements to ensure usage safety.

V. Responsibilities of Both Parties Party B is responsible for transporting, installing, and commissioning the mobile toilets, regularly pumping and disposing of feces, and cooperating with Party A's supervision; Party A is responsible for clearing obstacles at the site, paying the rent on time, notifying in advance and paying off all fees when returning the toilets, taking good care of the toilet facilities, and not subleasing or using them in other locations.

VI. Liability for Breach of Contract If Party B fails to pay the rent on time, Party A has the right to terminate the contract and demand payment of the outstanding rent and a penalty; if Party B damages the toilets or makes unauthorized modifications to the structure, it is responsible for repairs or compensation; if Party B's negligence causes damage to a third party, Party B shall bear the corresponding responsibility.

VII. Other Matters Matters not covered in the contract shall be resolved through negotiation between the two parties. The contract is made in duplicate and takes effect from the date of signature and seal. Any modifications or supplements shall be made in writing.
