Structural Features and Material Selection
Its main frame is welded from national standard steel, with the surface covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, providing a service life of over 20 years. Internally, it is equipped with an independent toilet pit partition treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device. It is also equipped with anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems, complying with the GBLT18091-92 standard. The exterior wall materials can be selected according to needs, including color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, or aluminum-plastic panels. The main structure is welded with light steel keels and supports overall hoisting. Standard configurations include toilet bowls, coat hooks, and vanity mirrors, while optional configurations include heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, and anti-freezing systems to meet different scenario requirements.
