Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Sewage Disposal Plan

Admin October 09, 2026

The sewage disposal plans for environmental protection mobile toilets mainly include water-flushing, vacuum sewage disposal, water-storage sewage disposal, microbial degradation, waterless packaging, foam sealing, chemical treatment, and agricultural utilization types. The specific plans and applicable scenarios are as follows:

Water-flushing sewage disposal is the most common method for mobile public toilets. It flushes excrement using municipal water supply or elevated water tanks and directly discharges it into sewage tanks or septic tanks. It requires connection to sewage pipes or regular pumping and is suitable for various water-rich environments. The construction cost is relatively low, but it relies on water sources and sewage pipe networks.

Vacuum sewage disposal systems utilize negative pressure principles to suck sewage and waste into collection containers through vacuum pumps. The water consumption is only one-tenth of that of traditional toilets, effectively preventing leakage and odor diffusion. It is suitable for scenarios with high water-saving requirements and efficient sewage disposal needs, such as arid regions or temporary large-scale events.

Water-storage sewage disposal systems discharge waste into storage tanks through water flushing. After the tank is full, it requires manual cleaning or replacement. It is suitable for places with sufficient water sources and easy cleaning, such as scenic spots or construction sites, but requires regular maintenance to avoid odors.

Microbial degradation sewage disposal uses microbial strains to decompose excrement. Feces are converted into fertilizer raw materials, and urine is treated and recycled for toilet flushing. It is suitable for areas without sewage pipe networks, such as remote mountainous regions or ecological protection zones. Its integrated design of 'collection-treatment-reuse' processes liquids through membrane bioreactors or electrochemical oxidation technologies and treats solids through biological drying or composting, achieving resource recycling.

Waterless packaging sewage disposal uses biodegradable environmental protection bags to automatically package excrement, which is then collected in fecal storage tanks for unified treatment. It is suitable for areas with water shortages or no sewage disposal conditions, such as deserts or plateaus, but requires regular removal of fecal storage tanks.

Foam sealing sewage disposal generates foam through foaming agents to cover toilet fixtures, replacing water flushing to achieve lubrication, toilet cleaning, and odor prevention, with a water-saving rate exceeding 90%. It is suitable for areas with water shortages or high water-saving requirements, such as temporary exhibitions or emergency disaster relief scenarios.

Chemical treatment methods use chemicals such as chlorine gas and sodium hydroxide to treat excrement, promoting the separation of waste from water and reducing odor and harmful gas emissions. However, the amount of chemicals used must be strictly controlled to avoid environmental pollution caused by excessive use. It is suitable for places with high hygiene requirements but limited conditions.

Agricultural utilization uses mobile toilet excrement as organic fertilizer after composting treatment for agricultural production. This plan requires ensuring the harmless treatment of excrement to avoid pathogen transmission and is suitable for rural or ecological agriculture projects.
