Production of Environmental Protection Mobile Toilets

Producing a mobile toilet using a water storage barrel

1. Basic structure construction: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise from the middle, keeping one half as the main body. Install universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board, and fix the wooden board to the top side of the barrel with wooden strips and self-tapping screws to form a mobile base and increase the height.
2. Wall and roof construction: Cut an entrance on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft boards to create raised walls. Invert the other half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips as the roof, and seal the gaps with glass glue.
3. Functional system installation:
   • Drainage system: Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe as a floor drain. Drill a hole on the side and connect a direct joint. Place a plastic barrel on the roof as a water storage device.
   • Bathroom equipment: Connect a simple bathroom heater made of water pipes. Install a three-way joint below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and fix the water tank. Seal the contact area between the toilet and the floor with glass glue, and connect the drain pipe to the sewage barrel.
   • Hand-washing facilities: Extend a water pipe horizontally from the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to the entrance as the inlet pipe for the hand-washing basin. Install joints and hoses, and drill a hole in the door to install a faucet.
4. Detail optimization: Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics. Use foam strips to splice discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door, ensuring tightness and durability.

Producing a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet

1. Mobile base production: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet, and place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station as the main structure.
2. Tank modification:
   • Opening treatment: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top. Stack two open tank bodies and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
   • Entrance cutting: Cut a rectangular opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the side of the tank body as the entrance. Polish the edges smoothly to prevent scratches.
3. Internal system installation:
   • Drainage system: Drill a hole in the floor inside the tank body, insert an elbow from the bottom and connect a water pipe. Seal the gaps with glue and cut off the excess part.
   • Bathroom equipment: Align the toilet with the drain hole and fix it with glue. Fix the water pipes and faucets on the wall with clips. Fix a pipe cap with screws at the bottom and drill a hole as the outlet for the drain pipe. Drill a hole above the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless steel basin as a hand-washing basin.
   • Shower facilities: Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet water tank, install a shower hose, bracket, and seat ring, and install a spray-type showerhead at the end of the water pipe.
4. Door installation: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, connect a wooden board on the other side to form a door, and install a door handle to ensure smooth opening and closing.

Both methods reduce costs by using recycled materials and combine drainage, bathroom, and mobile functions to achieve a balance between environmental protection and practicality. When producing, pay attention to the safe use of tools, seal the connections to prevent leakage, and adjust the dimensions and equipment configurations according to actual needs.
