Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Odor Control System
Admin September 27, 2026
The environmental protection mobile toilet odor control system achieves odor control through physical, chemical, biological, or composite technologies. Common techniques include physical adsorption, chemical neutralization, biodegradation, photocatalytic oxidation, and high-pressure spray methods. Mainstream products are designed with integration and intelligence to suit different scenarios.

Common Odor Control Technology Principles
- Physical Adsorption Method: Utilizes the high specific surface area of porous materials like activated carbon and diatomaceous earth to adsorb odor molecules, suitable for low-concentration odor treatment. Its advantage lies in no secondary pollution, but the adsorption material needs to be replaced regularly to maintain effectiveness.
- Chemical Neutralization Method: Involves spraying acidic or alkaline chemical agents (such as sodium hypochlorite, plant extracts) to react with hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and other odorous substances in the air, generating odorless or low-odor substances. This method reacts quickly but requires control of agent dosage to avoid equipment corrosion or residual odors.
- Biodegradation Method: Relies on the metabolic activities of microorganisms (such as Bacillus, Lactobacillus) to decompose organic odor components into carbon dioxide and water. This technology is environmentally friendly but requires maintaining suitable temperature, humidity, and microbial activity environments, with a relatively long start-up period.
- Photocatalytic/Plasma Oxidation Method: Uses ultraviolet light to activate a titanium dioxide catalyst to produce hydroxyl radicals or generates high-energy ions through plasma discharge to oxidize and decompose odor molecules. This technology is efficient and consumes no materials but has high equipment costs, suitable for places with strict air quality requirements.
- High-Pressure Spray (Micro-mist) Odor Control Method: Atomizes deodorizing liquid and sprays it into the air, where droplets adsorb odor molecules and undergo chemical reactions. This method has a wide coverage area and can incorporate natural ingredients like plant essential oils to enhance user experience but requires regular cleaning of nozzles to prevent clogging.
Mainstream Product Types and Application Scenarios
- Integrated Mobile Toilet Odor Control System: Integrated inside the toilet, such as the ecological restroom by Sichuan Zhongyixinxing Qingju Technology Co., Ltd., equipped with an automatic sensing odor control module (power 50W, voltage 220V), using Class A fire-resistant materials, and supporting solar or mains power. Its automatic sensing function can monitor odor concentration in real-time and initiate treatment, with easy installation, suitable for temporary or semi-permanent places like scenic spots and outdoor construction sites.
- Intelligent Water-Saving Odor Control Public Toilet: Represented by the "intelligent micro-water flush" technology piloted in Beijing's sub-center, it achieves a water-saving rate of over 90% while effectively blocking odors through a low-level exhaust system, odor-blocking valve water seals, and intelligent sensing devices. The system also has anti-clogging and anti-freezing functions, adapting to the climate of northern cold regions, significantly improving the sanitation level and user experience of public toilets.
