Materials for Environmental Protection Mobile Toilets

Admin September 21, 2026

The materials for environmental protection mobile toilets mainly include those for the overall structure, walls, interior walls, floors, and other auxiliary materials, as detailed below:

Overall Structure Materials: The overall structure of environmental protection mobile toilets typically employs galvanized steel structures, which are sturdy and reliable, ensuring long-term use and safety of the toilets. Additionally, there are designs that use national standard steel welded frames, with surfaces covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels. The main structure is welded with national standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall lifting and facilitating mobility and installation.

Wall Materials: The selection of wall materials is diverse and can be customized according to customer requirements or the surrounding environment of the usage location. Common wall materials include color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel plates, and aluminum-plastic panels. Currently, the mainstream choice is sandwich panels, also known as 'color-coated steel sandwich panels' or 'composite panels'. These materials have color-coated steel plates or aluminum plates on both sides, with polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam sandwiched in between, providing both good thermal insulation and strength.

Interior Wall Materials: Interior wall materials are typically high-density PVC panels or stainless steel plates. These materials have smooth surfaces, are less prone to staining, and are easy to clean and maintain, ensuring a hygienic environment inside the toilet.

Floor Materials: Floor materials often include non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber floors, which are both slip-resistant and resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, adapting to various harsh environments. Some high-end environmental protection mobile toilets also add a fiberglass anti-corrosion layer to the chassis to further enhance the durability and anti-corrosion performance of the floor.

Other Materials: Water tanks and sewage pipes are mostly made of PE (polyethylene) material, which has good toughness and low-temperature resistance, ensuring long-term use of the water tank and pipes. Some intelligent ecological toilets also use photocatalyst coatings on their inner walls, which have self-cleaning functions and can decompose harmful substances in the air, improving the air quality inside the toilet. Hardware components such as door panels, door locks, and handrails are mostly made of engineering plastics or stainless steel, which are both aesthetically pleasing and durable.
