Installation of Environmental Protection Mobile Toilets

Admin October 02, 2026

The installation methods for environmental protection mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into three categories: integrated mobile toilets, mobile toilets requiring assembly and fixation, and mobile toilets. The specific installation steps are as follows:

Integrated Mobile Toilets:
These toilets do not require civil engineering work and are installed as a complete unit, similar to building with blocks. The specific steps are as follows: First, transport the toilet unit to the designated location and ensure stability using support columns. Then, assemble and fix the unit according to the design requirements, ensuring that all component fasteners fit tightly. Finally, complete the water and electricity connections (if necessary) and test the functionality. The entire process does not require complex tools, offers high installation efficiency, and can be put into use immediately upon completion, making it suitable for temporary events, scenic spots, and other scenarios.

Mobile Toilets Requiring Assembly and Fixation:
These toilets require on-site assembly and necessitate tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun. The installation steps are divided into two parts:

  1. Corner Installation: Fix the corner components according to the design position to ensure the stability of the frame structure.
  2. Panel Assembly: Insert the prefabricated panels into the slots, align the upper and lower edges, drill holes at the assembly points, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun. This method requires strict adherence to alignment requirements to avoid gaps that could reduce sealing performance, making it suitable for long-term use or scenarios with high structural strength requirements.

Mobile Toilets:
The installation process is relatively simple and consists of six steps:

  1. Open the package and check that all accessories are present (such as the toilet unit, water tank, sealing ring, screws, etc.).
  2. Place the toilet unit in the predetermined location, ensuring the ground is level.
  3. Install the water tank (if it is a separate unit), connect the water inlet pipe, and check for leaks.
  4. Secure the toilet base (some models may require drilling and installing expansion screws).
  5. Install the toilet seat and lid.
  6. Connect the sewage pipe and test the flushing function.
Users can refer to the instruction manual or contact customer service for video tutorials to ensure proper operation.

Precautions:

  • Before installation, confirm that the site dimensions and water and electricity conditions meet the requirements.
  • For assembled toilets, pay special attention to checking the tightness of fasteners and rivets to avoid loosening.
  • After installing a mobile toilet, perform a flushing test to ensure smooth drainage and no leaks.
