Construction of Environmental Protection Mobile Toilets

Admin September 23, 2026

There are various ways to construct environmental protection mobile toilets, and appropriate plans can be selected according to different needs and materials. Here are the specific construction methods:

Movable Public Toilets Built with Building Blocks

Movable public toilets built with building blocks have a unique style and a strong sense of technology. They use building blocks as the main construction material and are designed in a cyberpunk style. The advantage of this construction method is its high flexibility, allowing for free combination and adjustment according to different sites and design requirements. The modular nature of building blocks makes the construction and dismantling of the toilets relatively simple, facilitating their movement and re-installation at different locations. Moreover, the cyberpunk-style design can attract people's attention and add a unique atmosphere to the venue, making it suitable for places with high requirements for environmental style, such as theme parks and creative parks.

Construction Using Water Storage Barrels

First, split a water storage barrel in half with an angle grinder and fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Then, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix them on the upper side of the barrel to increase height. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to form an elevated wall, and place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof. Next, cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, and cut a hole on the side to connect a direct joint. Place a plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a three-way joint below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead, place a toilet and install a water tank, fix it with glass glue, and connect the drain pipe to the sewage barrel. Finally, horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way joint of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the water inlet pipe for the sink, and cut a hole in the door to install a joint and connect a hose. This method makes full use of waste water storage barrels, has a low cost, and is suitable for temporary places with limited resources and not particularly high requirements for toilet functions, such as small construction sites and outdoor activity venues.

Construction Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet and place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station on it. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening on the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body accordingly to form a doorway. Cut a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards and cut into a water pipe, seal the gaps with glue, cut off the excess water pipe, place the toilet对准 (align) the drain hole and fix it with glue. Fix a water pipe on the wall clip and install a faucet, fix a pipe cap with screws below, connect the water pipe and cut an opening as the outlet for the drain pipe, cut a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose and install the showerhead bracket and toilet seat, install a spray-type showerhead made of a water pipe, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, fix the other side to a wooden board to form a door, and then install a door handle. This method also focuses on resource reuse, and the constructed toilet has relatively complete functions, making it suitable for places with certain requirements for sanitary conditions and the need for mobility, such as large event sites and temporary markets.
