Enshi Small Mobile Toilet Solution

Admin September 27, 2026

The Enshi small mobile toilet solution requires comprehensive design from multiple aspects such as site selection, foundation, structure, configuration, sealing and odor prevention, and construction preparation. Details are as follows:

Site Selection and Layout: It should be placed on the inner side of the living area, approximately 30 to 50 meters away from dormitories and canteens, avoiding the prevailing summer wind direction to prevent odor interference. At the same time, it is necessary to confirm that there are no buried pipelines underground to avoid construction damage or conflicts during later use.

Foundation Treatment: Surface debris needs to be cleared, and the foundation soil surface should be compacted with a compaction degree of not less than 90%. Pour a C20 concrete cushion with a thickness of 10 to 15 centimeters, and reserve a drainage slope of 2% to 3% to ensure smooth drainage. If the construction period is tight or repeated relocation is required, prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs or steel roadbed boxes can be used instead of cast-in-place concrete to improve construction efficiency and flexibility.

Structural Design: The main body is recommended to be an integral steel structure frame, combined with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) wall panels or color-steel sandwich panels, which have the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and a fire rating of Class A. The standard size of a single toilet unit should be 1.2 meters in length, 1.2 meters in width, and 2.4 meters in height, with an internal clear height of not less than 2 meters to meet ergonomic requirements.

Internal Configuration: It should include water-saving toilet systems, drainage devices, good ventilation designs, anti-slip floors, hooks, and other practical accessories. Some products can be equipped with independent squatting positions and hand-washing basins to enhance comfort and hygiene. The ventilation design should ensure air circulation and reduce odor accumulation.

Sealing and Odor Prevention: Mobile toilets need to have excellent sealing properties, paired with removable waste tanks for easy regular cleaning and maintenance. The design of the waste tank should consider features such as leak prevention and easy removal to ensure a convenient and efficient cleaning process.

Construction Preparation: Before construction, on-site surveys should be completed to verify the site's load-bearing capacity, check for hidden underground pipeline hazards, and confirm the distances to water supply and sewage discharge interfaces. Equipment and material preparations should include mobile toilet units, supporting functional units, expansion anchors, PPR water supply pipes, UPVC sewage discharge pipes, etc., in advance, and coordinate lifting equipment. Personnel allocation includes lifting workers, certified plumbers and electricians, and on-site general workers. Before construction, safety technical disclosures should be completed, and relevant approval procedures should be handled to ensure construction safety and compliance.
