Ecological Mobile Toilet Technical Parameters

Admin October 10, 2026

The technical parameters of ecological mobile toilets mainly include aspects such as structural foundation, main body, usage parameters, as well as technical principles and characteristics.

Structural Foundation: Ecological mobile toilets are based on a steel frame structure. This design ensures overall strength and stability, enabling a service life of up to 30 years and the ability to adapt to long-term use in various complex environments.

Main Body:

  • Floor: Non-slip aluminum plates or tiles are used for paving, effectively ensuring the safety of users when entering, exiting, and using the toilet, and preventing accidents such as slipping.
  • Walls: They have the characteristics of customizable colors and shapes, with high-end decorations both inside and outside. This not only enhances the visual experience of the toilet but also allows it to better integrate into different usage scenarios and environments.
  • Sewage Disposal System: Three options are provided: water-flush type, packing type, and microbial degradation type. The microbial degradation technology uses special bacteria to decompose excrement, achieving waterless treatment, which is particularly suitable for water-scarce or ecologically sensitive areas. The water-flush type relies on a 220V voltage to drive the water pump and requires a matching septic tank or municipal sewer network. The packing type seals the feces with biodegradable plastic bags, which only need to be replaced regularly, making it simple to operate.

Usage Parameters:

  • Applicable Temperature Range: From -10℃ to 60℃. By equipping with an optional insulation layer of 100 - 1000mm, it can effectively cope with extreme weather conditions, ensuring normal use in cold or hot regions.
  • Inlet Size: Uniformly set at 4mm. This design can prevent foreign objects from entering and ensure the normal operation of the sewage disposal system.

Technical Principles and Characteristics: Based on different technical principles, they are mainly divided into types such as waterless-flush type, water-saving type, and circulating water-flush type, and integrate technologies such as microbial degradation and intelligence. Based on solid-liquid separation technology, it achieves harmless treatment of excrement through microbial decomposition. During initial operation, 70 - 80 kilograms of water need to be injected at one time to maintain the activity of the bacterial community. Subsequently, it has characteristics such as water saving, mobility, and waterless flushing. The core features include no water usage or waterless flushing. All excrement is processed by an independent intelligent self-circulating treatment system. The decomposed products are mainly carbon dioxide, water, and a small amount of gas, and the residues can be recycled as high-efficiency organic fertilizers.
