Easy Portable Toilet Assembly Guide
Admin October 02, 2026
The assembly guide for the easy portable toilet is as follows:

I. Pre-assembly Preparation
- Site Selection: Choose a flat and solid ground, avoiding soft or sloped areas to ensure the stability of the toilet after installation.
- Component Inventory: Check against the list to confirm that all parts are complete and undamaged. Common components include connectors, fasteners, and sealing strips.
- Tool Preparation: Prepare necessary tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and rubber mallets. Using a portable tool bag can improve assembly efficiency.
- Read Instructions: Carefully read the assembly instruction drawings to understand the overall steps and precautions. If possible, watch demonstration videos to deepen understanding.
II. Main Frame Construction
- Base Installation: Arrange the base components according to the markings on the drawings, and initially fix them with connecting pins or bolts. Check the levelness and adjust with shims if necessary.
- Column Installation: Insert the lower end of the column components into the reserved interfaces on the base, ensuring no tilt in the vertical direction to guarantee the perpendicularity of the frame.
- Beam Connection: Connect the top beams to form a complete cubic structure. Check each connection point for firmness and perform a slight shaking test to check the overall rigidity. If a telescopic design is used, unfold each section in order and lock the buckles. It is recommended to operate with two people.
III. Wall Panel and Roof Installation
- Wall Panel Installation: Align the panels with adhesive on the back with the edges of the frame, and gradually fit them from bottom to top. Fix the seams with special trim strips. Pay attention to the hinge position when installing the door panel to ensure smooth opening and closing. Install insect screens at the window openings and seal the surrounding area with waterproof glue.
- Roof Installation: Place the main roof panel in the center and connect it to the beam frame with self-tapping screws. Then install the drainage troughs and downspouts. If equipped with a solar lighting system, reserve cable channels on the roof and ensure proper insulation. Install sealing strips at all panel seams to prevent rainwater infiltration.
IV. Sanitary System Assembly
- Toilet Installation: Align the toilet base with the reserved opening on the frame, seal the connection with silicone gaskets, and then fix it with buckles. Place the waste storage tank directly below the toilet to ensure accurate alignment.
- Simple Design: If a dry waste storage design is used, directly connect the waste storage tank to the toilet system and ensure good sealing.
