Durable Mobile Eco-Toilet Design
The design of durable mobile eco-toilets requires comprehensive consideration from three aspects: material selection, structural optimization, and eco-friendly treatment technologies. Its design lifespan can reach over 20 years, making it suitable for scenic spots, service areas, and other scenarios.

Material Selection: Emphasis on Corrosion Resistance, Fire Resistance, and Weather Resistance
The frame is primarily constructed using welded national standard steel, ensuring structural strength and stability, capable of bearing a self-weight of 2000kg and external loads. The outer covering materials mainly consist of color-coated steel sheets or metal carved panels, with the latter forming a box structure through a 100mm thickness and welding process, offering corrosion resistance, fire resistance, and UV protection. The surface is treated with flame retardants to meet outdoor usage requirements. The floor is made of anti-slip materials to prevent slipping during rainy or snowy weather or cleaning, while metal surface treatment processes enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life.
Structural Optimization: Lightweight and Modular Design
The main structure adopts a light steel keel welding process, reducing overall weight while maintaining strength, meeting the requirements for integral lifting and facilitating rapid deployment and relocation. Internally, it is equipped with an independent toilet pit zoning treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity-driven self-flow design to reduce the risk of pipe blockage; the feces channel employs a piston-type scraper mechanical device driven by a motor for automatic cleaning, reducing labor maintenance costs. The drainage system features a sloped roof design to prevent water accumulation; the ventilation system is supported by a motor and blower powered by 220V voltage to ensure air circulation and reduce odors. Additionally, standard configurations include automatic flushing toilet bowls, ventilation and lighting systems, and occupancy indicators, with optional equipment such as heating and cooling air conditioners and air purifiers to enhance user comfort.
Eco-Friendly Treatment Technologies: Resource Recycling and Low Energy Consumption
Depending on the usage scenario, eco-toilets are divided into two technological routes: circulating water flushing type and dry packing type:
- Circulating Water Flushing Type: Equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, it decomposes fecal sewage by adding biological strains to achieve water resource recycling, with a single-person flush volume of only 0.46 liters (achieved by collecting hand-washing water and adding special agents).
- Dry Packing Type: Uses biodegradable plastic bags to collect excreta, which are automatically replaced and collected after use, avoiding sewage discharge and suitable for water-scarce or sewer-less areas.
Both technologies optimize water resource utilization through an intelligent water-saving system, while the motor and blower work in tandem to reduce energy consumption. Currently, such designs have been widely applied in public places such as scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas, supporting vehicle-mounted mobility or traditional public toilet renovations, balancing functionality and eco-friendliness.
