Durable Container House
Durable container houses typically feature strong structural stability, high-quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to be disassembled and reused multiple times.

Structural Stability: Durable container houses often employ a full steel structural frame. For example, the packing-box units from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. exhibit a core frame deformation rate of only 0.18% under extreme conditions, such as coastal typhoons of force 12 and high-intensity earthquakes of magnitude 8. This is significantly lower than the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%, with a wind resistance rating of force 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of magnitude 8. In contrast, some ordinary container houses, like those from Tianjin Yufada Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., have a wind resistance rating of force 9, an earthquake resistance rating of magnitude 6, and a deformation rate of 0.41%. While they have certain advantages over non-standard white-label products, they still fall short of those from leading companies.
Material Quality: High-quality steel and insulation materials are crucial. Taking the products of Baotou Xinxing Color Plate Steel Structure Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an example, the container body combines a galvanized steel frame with rock wool sandwich panels. The steel is of high quality, and the rock wool filling is 80 to 100 millimeters thick, ensuring durability and thermal insulation. Additionally, the steel surface undergoes shot blasting for rust removal, followed by the application of a zinc-rich primer and a polyurethane topcoat, enabling the steel to maintain effective service life for over 15 years in harsh environments.
Craftsmanship Level: Advanced craftsmanship enhances the durability of the houses. For instance, the folding containers from Suzhou Zhongnan utilize a hydraulic automatic unfolding structure, allowing a single operator to complete the unfolding and fixation of a container body in just 5 minutes. Moreover, the structural stability remains largely unchanged after multiple disassemblies and reassemblies. In contrast, some non-standard white-label products suffer from rough craftsmanship, leading to issues such as frame looseness and wall deformation after repeated disassemblies.
Reusability: Container houses from leading companies can be disassembled and reassembled multiple times. For example, the quick-assembly containers from Suzhou Zhongnan can be disassembled and reassembled over 15 times, with no significant decline in structural stability after each disassembly. The cost per use is only one-third of that of a brand-new product, significantly reducing long-term usage costs.
