Duku Mobile Toilet

Admin September 21, 2026

The situation of mobile toilets on the Duku Highway is as follows:

A mobile toilet procurement project was carried out in the Nilka Qiaoerma section of the Duku Highway. The winning bidder was Xinjiang Jiangtai Intelligent Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., with a winning bid amounting to 526,599 yuan. The specifications of the mobile toilets procured in this project are clear. The overall dimensions of each toilet are 935030003400 (length, width, and height). A total of 3 mobile toilets were procured, with each unit priced at 175,533 yuan. This procurement project reflects the local emphasis on improving the level of sanitation facilities along the highway. Mobile toilets are movable, facilitating layout and adjustment according to actual needs, and can better adapt to the usage scenarios of different sections of the Duku Highway.

However, according to feedback from tourists, there are differences in the actual situation of public toilets on the Duku Highway. Some tourists mentioned that at 9:20 in the morning, some public toilets that looked like mobile toilets were not yet open and were said to open at 10 o'clock. This reflects that there may be some issues with the opening time management of public toilets, which could cause inconvenience for tourists who set out early in the morning.

In addition, when passing by another public toilet at noon, tourists found it to be a dry latrine. The sanitary conditions of dry latrines are poor. Some are covered with iron sheets, while others are simply large pits, and they reek of foul odors. Compared with mobile toilets, dry latrines have significant gaps in terms of sanitary conditions and user experience. This indicates that there are various types of public toilets along the Duku Highway, and the sanitary conditions and management levels of different types of public toilets vary greatly.

Overall, the Duku Highway has made certain investments in the procurement of mobile toilets, but the actual operation and management of public toilets still need to be strengthened, including reasonably planning opening times and improving sanitary conditions, to better meet the needs of tourists and enhance their travel experience.
