Dry Toilet Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin October 02, 2026

The installation of dry toilet mobile toilets usually does not require complex civil engineering work and mainly involves the installation of finished products. The installation methods vary for different types.

Frame-type mobile toilets: These toilets generally consist of a frame structure welded from steel. The bottom is welded using channel steel or I-beams, and the columns are made of square steel. During installation, first, install the inner corners in sequence. This is the foundational step for constructing the overall frame of the toilet to ensure its initial formation. Then, insert the panels into the slots and align them for splicing. This step requires careful operation to ensure that the panels are tightly and evenly spliced together, avoiding gaps that could affect usability and aesthetics. After aligning the panels, use a 4.2-millimeter drill bit to make holes. The hole positions should be accurate to ensure the stability of subsequent rivet fixation. Finally, insert the rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. Through rivet fixation, the entire frame structure becomes more robust and can withstand a certain amount of external force, ensuring the normal use of the toilet.

Basic mobile toilets (similar to the concept of simple dry toilet mobile toilets): The installation is relatively simple. First, install silicone anti-slip pads in the four corners of the bottom. The silicone anti-slip pads can increase the friction between the toilet and the ground, preventing the toilet from sliding during use and improving safety. Then, align the upper and lower toilet bodies. This step should ensure that the positions of the upper and lower bodies are accurate to avoid misalignment. Finally, press down on the buckles to secure them. Through the connection of the buckles, the upper and lower bodies are tightly combined to form a complete mobile toilet.

Overall finished mobile toilets: There is no need to dig a septic tank or carry out complex civil engineering work. The entire installation process is like building with building blocks. First, install the columns. The columns are important components that support the entire toilet, so it is essential to ensure that they are installed vertically and stably. Then, proceed with splicing and fixation. Splice the various components according to the design requirements. During the splicing process, ensure that each buckle fits tightly. This will ensure the overall structural stability of the toilet, preventing issues such as looseness or shaking, and providing users with a safe and comfortable use environment.
