Double-Door Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin October 08, 2026
The installation of double-door mobile toilets requires different steps depending on the specific type, such as double-occupancy mobile toilets and double-unit connected mobile toilets.

Double-Occupancy Mobile Toilet Installation
- Site Assessment: The lessee needs to provide a flat and solid site with an area slightly larger than the equipment itself. At the same time, the flow of people around should be considered to ensure convenient use. For example, when installing at an event site, choose a location with relatively smooth pedestrian flow and easy access.
- Installation Work: The service provider is responsible for transporting, leveling, and stabilizing the equipment. If it is a water and electricity enhanced model, external water and power sources also need to be connected. After completing these basic tasks, conduct functional tests to ensure that all toilet functions operate normally. The entire process does not involve civil construction and is relatively simple and quick.
- Rental Services: Users pay rent according to the actual duration of the event or project. The service provider is not only responsible for transportation and installation in the early stage but also carries out routine maintenance and cleaning during the rental period. After the rental period ends, the provider is responsible for recycling and dismantling, offering users a one-stop service.

- Foundation Preparation: First, conduct a geological survey to assess the soil's bearing capacity and drainage conditions. Use a concrete foundation slab as the supporting platform. Pre-embed sewage pipe interfaces. The pipe diameter is determined based on the estimated number of users, usually about 30% larger than the pipe specifications of a single toilet. Also, reserve a pit for the septic tank installation, with a capacity matching the total load of the two toilet stalls.
- Main Body Hoisting: Use professional lifting equipment to transport the prefabricated toilet units to the site. Pay attention to the center-of-gravity balance issue. The lifting points should be arranged based on load-bearing calculations. Ensure that the sealing strips between the base and the foundation are properly in place to prevent water leakage.
- Pipe Connection: The water inlet pipes are equipped with dual independent valve controls. The sewage pipes use inclined tee connectors to merge the sewage pipes from the two toilet stalls into the main pipe. The inclination angle should be constructed strictly according to the specifications to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
- Internal Equipment Debugging: Debug the sanitary ware, including adjusting the water pressure of the water-saving flush valves and testing the air volume of the ventilation system. The double-unit connected structure shares a main ventilation duct, and it is necessary to maintain a balanced air pressure in the exhaust branches of each toilet stall to ensure good ventilation effects.
- External Auxiliary Facility Installation: Install auxiliary facilities such as lighting systems and signage. The power supply lines should be protected with waterproof sleeves, and professional sealant should be used at the interfaces. The installation position of the night warning lights should be calculated based on the line-of-sight angle to ensure their warning function.
