Dongsheng Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 24, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Dongsheng involves multiple key technologies, forming an efficient, environmentally friendly, and intelligent operational model. The specific technical implementation points are as follows:

1. Basic Structure and Modular Design

Mobile toilets adopt a foldable box structure, which is compressed in volume during transportation through a hinge and slide rail system, facilitating transportation by standard trucks. Upon arrival at the installation site, they are expanded using hydraulic or manual devices to form a complete space. The outer shell of the box is mostly made of fiberglass or metal panels covered with an insulation sandwich layer, balancing structural strength and lightweight requirements. The drainage pipes use a modular assembly process, prefabricated in the factory and quickly assembled on-site. Elastic sealing materials are used at the joints to ensure airtightness, and the inner walls of the pipes are coated with a smooth coating to reduce solid adhesion and minimize the risk of blockage.

2. Air Circulation and Odor Control

The air circulation system employs a stratified treatment mechanism:

  • Bottom layer: Heavier gases (such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide) are collected through floor exhaust devices.
  • Middle layer: An activated carbon filter layer is set up to adsorb odor molecules.
  • Top layer: A low-speed silent fan is installed to create air circulation, updating the internal air 8 to 10 times per hour, effectively improving air quality.

3. Environmental Monitoring and Intelligent Control

  • Temperature and humidity sensors monitor environmental data in real-time. When the humidity exceeds the set threshold, a dehumidification device automatically activates to maintain a suitable environment.
  • The lighting system uses a composite light source configuration: natural light is introduced through specially made translucent panels, while artificial lighting is divided into basic lighting (diffuse reflection design) and local lighting (motion-activated). The lamp housings have moisture-proof properties, and the internal circuits use double insulation design. The light intensity automatically adjusts according to changes in outdoor light, reducing energy consumption.

4. Cleaning Maintenance and Automated Management

  • Floor flushing devices are installed at specific locations, with the flushing cycle dynamically adjusted based on usage frequency. The cleaning solution is precisely dispensed through a metering pump.
  • Solid waste disposal adopts a sealed collection design, with collection containers equipped with overflow sensors. Daily cleaning data is automatically recorded to form maintenance logs, facilitating management.

5. Resource Recovery and Recycling

  • Handwashing wastewater is primarily filtered and then used for non-potable purposes (such as toilet flushing).
  • Organic waste is converted into soil improvement materials through biological treatment.
  • Blackwater and graywater systems are separated: Blackwater is treated biologically or chemically, while graywater is safely discharged or recycled after simple filtration or disinfection, providing a technical prerequisite for rapid installation and removal.

6. Data Analysis and Optimized Operation

Operational data from the facilities (such as usage frequency and cleaning needs) is anonymized and used to analyze usage patterns, optimizing opening hours, cleaning frequencies, and consumable replenishment cycles. The data model self-correction function can gradually improve prediction accuracy, achieving full-process automated management.
