Dongliao Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Dongliao must follow standardized procedures to ensure safety, hygiene, and functional compliance. The specific steps are as follows:

  1. Preliminary Preparation

    • Site Selection: The installation location must be flat and well-ventilated, and away from water source pollution areas (such as rivers and sewer openings) to prevent environmental contamination.
    • Site Clearance: Remove debris and sharp objects from the site to ensure the ground is free of pits or obstacles.
    • Equipment Inspection: Check the equipment parts list to confirm that the main frame, toilet bowl, fecal storage tank, connectors, sealing strips, etc., are all present. Inspect the structure for any damage or deformation.
  2. Foundation Fixation

    • Place the mobile toilet body steadily at the designated location. Use expansion screws to secure the bottom frame (suitable for hard ground) or use counterweights (such as concrete blocks) to press down on the bottom (suitable for soft ground) to prevent shaking or displacement during use.
  3. Core Component Installation

    • Toilet Bowl and Sewage System: Install the toilet bowl and connect the sewage outlet to the fecal storage tank. Ensure a tight seal at the connection (using silicone sealing rings or waterproof glue to fill gaps) to prevent fecal leakage or odor escape.
    • Water Supply/Drainage System: For flush toilets, connect the water inlet pipe and water tank, and test the water pressure for stability. For dry toilets, fix the position of the fecal storage tank and reserve a cleaning passage.
  4. Auxiliary Facility Assembly

    • Door and Window Adjustment: Install doors and windows and test their opening and closing flexibility to ensure a tight closure and prevent rain or insects from entering.
    • Accessory Installation: Install handrails, hooks, paper towel holders, etc., as needed. Lay anti-slip mats on the ground to reduce the risk of slipping.
    • Circuit Connection: Connect the circuits for lighting, exhaust fans, etc. Use insulating tape to secure the wires and test the power supply to ensure electrical safety.
  5. Sealing and Debugging

    • Sealing Treatment: Use silicone strips to seal gaps between the main body and the ground, and between components. Pay special attention to checking sewage outlets, ventilation openings, and other areas prone to air leakage.
    • Function Testing: Simulate usage scenarios to test the flushing and sewage discharge functions, confirming no blockages or leaks. Check the operation of exhaust fans, lighting, and other equipment for stability.
    • Cleaning and Supply Placement: Clean up installation residues and place toilet paper, deodorizers, and other supplies in the toilet to enhance the user experience.
  6. Safety Inspection and Acceptance

    • Structural Stability: Shake the main frame to confirm no looseness or abnormal sounds. Check that screws and connectors are tightened.
    • Signage Setting: Post emergency contact information, usage instructions, and safety warning signs inside the toilet.
    • Compliance Confirmation: Refer to the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Standards" (GB/T 21239-2023) to verify that the installation meets hygiene and safety standards, and complete the final acceptance.

For integrated mobile toilets (such as container-type toilets), the installation process is simpler: The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site, only hoisting into place, connecting water and electricity, and sewage pipes are required, with an overall time of about 2-4 hours.
