Dongcheng Rental Mobile Toilet Process

Admin October 07, 2026

The process of renting mobile toilets in Dongcheng mainly includes eight stages: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

  1. Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly inform the service provider of the usage scenario, such as construction sites or event venues, while specifying the rental period, the number of mobile toilets required, functional requirements (e.g., whether a sink is needed), and the specific location of the site. This information forms the basis for the service provider to offer an appropriate solution later.
  2. Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's stated needs, the service provider recommends suitable types of mobile toilets, such as standard or luxury models. Subsequently, they calculate various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation fees, and provide the customer with a written quotation to ensure clarity on the cost breakdown.
  3. Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the proposal and quotation provided by the service provider, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract clearly outlines the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the service provider being responsible for the maintenance of the mobile toilets and the customer being liable for damages caused by improper use. Additionally, the customer is required to pay a certain percentage of the deposit.
  4. Preparation and Delivery: The service provider prepares clean and fully functional mobile toilets according to the agreed-upon time in the contract and arranges suitable vehicles to transport them to the customer's designated site.
  5. On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff completes the placement of the mobile toilets. If necessary, they also perform fixation to ensure the stability of the toilets during use. Afterward, they debug the basic functions of the toilets to ensure normal operation. In some cases, the service provider may first arrange for professionals to conduct an on-site survey and provide a reasonable layout plan based on the actual site conditions.
  6. Rental Service: During the rental period, the service provider regularly cleans the mobile toilets, replenishes consumables such as toilet paper and hand soap, and promptly repairs any malfunctions in accordance with the contract to ensure the customer's normal use.
  7. Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff removes the fixation devices of the mobile toilets and transports them back for subsequent rental or maintenance.
  8. Settlement Closure: The service provider checks all costs incurred during the rental period, such as any additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirmation, they refund the customer's deposit, completing the entire transaction process.
