Mobile Toilets in Dingyuan County
Dingyuan County has implemented multiple measures regarding mobile toilets, including rental services, the addition of new mobile public toilets, upgrades to public toilet facilities, and daily management and maintenance.

Rental Services: Dingyuan County offers mobile public toilet rental services primarily aimed at temporary events, outdoor construction sites, and remote areas, providing convenient sanitation solutions. These mobile toilets feature a modular design that is high-strength and easy to transport, enabling rapid deployment and ensuring safe use. Each toilet is equipped with advanced deodorization systems and sanitation facilities, meeting environmental standards. Rental periods are flexible, ranging from daily to annual rentals, to meet various needs. A professional team is responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the hygiene of the toilets. The products are made from eco-friendly materials, are lightweight yet sturdy, and easy to assemble and transport. Functionally, they are equipped with options for independent squatting or sitting positions, odor-control sewage systems, intelligent lighting and ventilation devices, etc. Some models also include barrier-free facilities, baby changing stations, and charging ports, enhancing convenience and comfort.
Addition of New Mobile Public Toilets: In recent years, Dingyuan County has added a total of 5 new mobile public toilets, all meeting Class II or higher standards, and equipped with over 180 clear directional signs to facilitate public access. The main urban area has formed a "10-minute toilet access circle," with toilet locations precisely marked on map apps, further improving convenience for residents.
Upgrades to Public Toilet Facilities: Dingyuan County has comprehensively upgraded public toilet facilities, including installing portable hooks or shelves in restrooms, designing and constructing barrier-free facilities, and adding low-position urinals in some toilets for the convenience of children. Where possible, toilets have also been equipped with "third toilets," mother-and-baby rooms, baby changing stations, management rooms, tool rooms, and sanitation stations, along with facilities such as air conditioners, dryers, and rest seats, enhancing the overall service level of the toilets.
Daily Management and Maintenance: Dingyuan County has established a "designated person, designated post, designated responsibility" mechanism to ensure that public toilets are open 24 hours a day free of charge. Daily cleaning strictly adheres to indoor standards of "six nos and six cleans" and outdoor standards of "four nos, one clear, and two unobstructed," with special attention given to cleaning key areas upon entry and exit, and enforcing assessments based on the "Public Toilet Cleaning Standards." Pest control follows a "timed disinfection + timely replenishment" model, with daily maintenance of control facilities, regular disinfection of high-contact areas, and increased disinfection frequency in high-traffic toilets to ensure hygiene.
