Dingxi Mobile Toilet Installation Steps

Admin October 22, 2026

The installation steps for mobile toilets in Dingxi generally follow the core process of 'positioning - assembly - connection - commissioning', which can be divided into the following five stages:

1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment

Determine the installation location according to the site plan. Ensure that the ground is solid and has good drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or steel plates should be laid to enhance the load-bearing capacity. This step is crucial for ensuring the long-term stable use of the toilet, especially paying attention to the design of the drainage slope to prevent water accumulation, which can lead to structural corrosion or odor accumulation.

2. Chassis and Frame Placement

Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location. Adjust the chassis to a completely level state using a leveling instrument. As the basic supporting structure of the toilet, the stability of the chassis directly affects the quality of subsequent installations. For integrated box-type toilets, lifting operations should be completed simultaneously at this stage to ensure uniform force on the contact surface between the box and the ground.

3. Wall and Roof Panel Installation

Insert the prefabricated sandwich panel walls (commonly made of fiberglass or metal alloy cladding) one by one into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips. Pay attention to controlling the verticality of the wall panel installation to avoid excessive gaps that may affect sealing. Then install the roof panels, focusing on waterproof sealing at the eaves joints, usually using silicone or special sealing strips. At this stage, modular design can significantly shorten the construction period, with standard toilet wall installations being completed within 1-2 hours.

4. Internal Facility Connection

  1. Water and Electricity Systems: Connect the water supply pipes (the built-in water tank is replenished from an external water source via a water pump) and sewage pipes (you can choose a temporary sewage tank or connect to a pre-treated septic tank on site). The modular quick-connect design reduces the water and electricity connection time to within 30 minutes, but it should be operated by professionals to ensure safety.
  2. Functional Equipment: Install toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting fixtures, and ventilation equipment. It is recommended to use a combination of forced exhaust and natural air intake for the ventilation system to ensure efficient air circulation.
  3. Internal Partitions: Divide independent spaces according to usage needs. The partition materials should have fire-resistant and moisture-proof properties.

5. Functional Inspection and Commissioning

  1. Flush Test: Check the flushing pressure and drainage speed of the toilet to ensure there is no blockage or leakage.
  2. Circuit Inspection: Verify the power supply stability of lighting and ventilation equipment and test the sensitivity of the leakage protection device.
  3. Sealing Inspection: Conduct a spray test on the wall panel joints and door and window edges to confirm there is no water leakage.
  4. Sewage System Verification: Simulate usage scenarios to check the reliability of the sewage pipe connections, ensuring that the sewage tank is sealed or the septic tank is properly connected.

Advantages of Integrated Mobile Toilets: If factory-prefabricated box-type toilets are used, only lifting, water and electricity, and sewage pipe connections need to be completed on site, reducing the overall installation time to 2-4 hours and significantly improving construction efficiency.
