Dezhou Mobile Toilet Processing Flow

Admin October 22, 2026

The processing flow of Dezhou mobile toilets is mainly divided into six stages: design and structural planning, material selection and pre-treatment, modular assembly, installation of internal facilities, surface treatment, and finished product inspection, as follows:

Design and Structural Planning Stage: Engineers need to conduct modular structural design by considering usage scenarios (such as scenic spots and construction sites), load-bearing requirements (such as population density), climatic conditions (such as temperature differences and humidity), and transportation limitations (such as size and weight). The main frame is made of high-strength steel or composite materials to ensure sufficient stability and corrosion resistance of the product, while also taking into account disassembly and transportation convenience.

Material Selection and Pre-treatment Stage: The main materials include fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), stainless steel, and metal carved panels. FRP is formed by laminating resin and glass fibers; stainless steel sheets require surface passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance; metal carved panels use galvanized aluminum-zinc steel sheets as the base material, which are formed into three-dimensional patterns by embossing equipment and then combined with polyurethane core materials. Material pre-treatment includes cutting and forming: a CNC plasma cutting machine divides the sheets into wall modules according to three-dimensional drawings, with an accuracy controlled within ±0.5 millimeters; a hydraulic bending machine adjusts the bending angle by calculating the springback coefficient, and curved components require mold hot pressing; for FRP materials, the addition ratio of curing agents and the ambient temperature must be strictly controlled to avoid curing defects.

Modular Assembly Stage: A production line operation mode is adopted. The floor assembly is installed first, with non-slip aluminum sheets and moisture-proof pads bonded with structural adhesive; wall modules are connected to the floor with special fasteners, and polyurethane foam is injected at the joints for sealing and reinforcement; the piping system is pre-embedded in the wall cavity, using a same-floor drainage design to reduce the risk of blockage; ventilation pipes are hidden in the ceiling sandwich layer and equipped with check valves to prevent odor backflow.

Installation of Internal Facilities Stage: It follows the principle of functional zoning. The sink uses a one-piece ceramic basin, which is fixed to a stainless steel bracket with mechanical fasteners; the installation methods vary depending on the type of toilet. For water-saving direct-flush toilets, the slope of the drainage pipe needs to be precisely calibrated, while composting toilets require the installation of a biological decomposition chamber and ventilation devices; the cables of the intelligent control system are laid along pre-embedded pipelines, and the human body sensors and lighting systems are integrated on a unified circuit board.

Surface Treatment Stage: It includes both protective and decorative processes. The metal surface undergoes a six-step spraying process: after degreasing and phosphating treatment, an epoxy primer is sprayed, followed by electrophoretic coating to form a uniform coating, and finally, a fluorocarbon topcoat is applied to enhance weather resistance; the internal walls are treated with an antibacterial coating, with silver ions added to inhibit microbial growth; all joints are sealed with silicone sealant for secondary waterproofing.

Finished Product Inspection Stage: It is divided into performance testing and safety verification. The airtightness test uses a positive pressure detection method, with an internal pressure of 150 pascals applied to monitor leakage; the drainage system undergoes a continuous flushing test, with a standard requirement of 200 times without leakage; the load-bearing test applies a uniformly distributed load of 100 kilograms per square meter on the roof, with the structural deformation not exceeding 1/300 of the span; the electrical safety test includes insulation resistance testing and measurement of the response time of the leakage protection device.
