Deyang Single-Person Scenic Spot Mobile Toilet

Admin October 07, 2026

The Deyang single-person scenic spot mobile toilet is an environmentally friendly type of toilet that must meet multiple standards including pollutant discharge, anti-seepage and waterproofing, water conservation and environmental protection, material and structure, applicable scenarios, and land planning.

Pollutant discharge standards are one of the core requirements. Sewage discharge must comply with GB 8978-1996 'Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard' or GB 18918-2002 'Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant', ensuring that the sewage is treated and discharged up to standard. Odor emissions must adhere to GB 14554-1993 'Emission Standards for Odor Pollutants', with the indoor ammonia concentration required to be ≤0.3mg/m³ to avoid unpleasant odors affecting tourists' experiences. Fecal waste must be rendered harmless in accordance with GB 7959-2012 'Hygienic Requirements for Harmless Disposal of Night Soil', killing pathogens through physical or chemical means to prevent secondary pollution.

Anti-seepage and waterproofing requirements are directly related to the durability and environmental friendliness of the toilet. The overall waterproof rating of the toilet body should be no less than IP65, and the floor should have at least 3 layers of waterproof coating, verified to be leak-free through a 48-hour closed water test. The sewage storage tank or septic tank must undergo anti-corrosion and anti-seepage treatment, with a 24-hour leakage rate of ≤0.1% and an anti-corrosion layer that remains effective for at least 10 years, preventing sewage leakage from contaminating soil or groundwater.

Water conservation and environmental design are important features of scenic spot mobile toilets. The water consumption per flush for conventional water-flush types should be ≤6L, and ≤4L for water-saving types. Foam-sealing types should consume ≤0.1L of water per use, with the foaming agent being biodegradable. Microbial degradation types achieve zero water flushing, with a fecal degradation rate of ≥90%, reducing water consumption and sewage production through microbial decomposition of organic matter.

Materials and structure should balance safety and functionality. The enclosure material should be Class A non-combustible rock wool sandwich panels, with electrical wiring routed through metal conduits and equipped with leakage protection devices to reduce fire risks. The toilet body should be equipped with fire extinguishers and independent smoke detectors to enhance emergency response capabilities.

In terms of applicable scenarios and customization, scenic spot mobile toilets must comply with GB/T 18973-2022 'Quality Requirements and Assessment of Tourist Toilets' and LB/T 071-2019 'Basic Requirements for Sustainable Non-sewered Tourist Toilets'. They can be selected in single or composite structures according to the needs of the scenic spot, as well as sewage treatment methods such as water-free packing types and environmentally friendly water-free types.

Land and planning compliance requires that construction is strictly prohibited in basic farmland, ecological protection red lines, and river management areas. Temporary land use requires approval and generally has a usage period of no more than 2 years to ensure the legality and compliance of the project.
