Production Process of Desert Mobile Toilets

Admin October 10, 2026

The production process of desert mobile toilets mainly includes four stages: component production, modular integration, customized design, and functional verification and environmental efficiency assessment.

Component Production

The structural framework is mostly made of high-strength aluminum alloy or stainless steel profiles, which are processed into standardized connection units for easy and quick assembly later. The internal functional components, such as partition panels, toilets, flushing devices, and parts of the lighting and ventilation systems, are prefabricated on their respective assembly lines. Material selection emphasizes environmental efficiency. In addition to the metal framework, a large amount of engineering plastics or composite materials are used to make the toilet body and internal facilities. These materials are recyclable, with some sourced from industrial recycled resources. The surfaces undergo anti-corrosion and antibacterial treatments, with processes such as low-temperature curing coatings or electrostatic spraying to reduce high-temperature energy consumption and volatile organic compound emissions during production. For the core toilet unit, ceramic materials are gradually being replaced by new composite materials, which have lower production energy consumption and lighter finished products, reducing energy consumption during transportation.

Modular Integration

After the prefabrication of various components is completed, they enter the modular integration stage. Integration is not simply assembly but involves precise connection of structural, water supply, sewage, electrical, and control lines through standard interfaces. The water supply system is generally equipped with two-stage water-saving devices, one for controlling flushing flow and the other for recycling and pre-treating hand-washing water. The core of the sewage module is a sealed storage container or a micro biological treatment unit, with connection interfaces that must ensure complete sealing to prevent leakage. The electrical and control parts adopt low-power designs and integrate sensors to monitor usage status and environmental parameters inside the toilet body.

Customized Design

In response to the environmental characteristics of desert scenic spots, wind and sand resistance and water-saving functions are enhanced. In terms of material selection, materials suitable for the desert environment are chosen to ensure the durability and pollution-free nature of the toilets. In terms of functional design, special consideration is given to water-saving measures to adapt to the water-scarce conditions in the desert.

Functional Verification and Environmental Efficiency Assessment

Before leaving the factory, complete units undergo simulated use tests to evaluate items such as water seal airtightness, flushing efficiency, sewage system anti-clogging ability, electrical system stability, and overall structural strength.
