Demountable Container House Design
Demountable container house design is a building form that takes the container body as the basic unit, adopts a modular concept, and features mobility and reusability.

Structure and Connection Method
The container unit structure is welded from special section steels into standard components, and the containers are connected to each other with bolts. This connection method ensures a stable structure while facilitating quick and easy installation. Taking the packing-box unit as an example, it consists of top frame components, bottom frame components, corner posts, and several interchangeable wall panels. The container body structure uses special cold-formed galvanized section steel components, and all the enclosure and insulation materials are non-combustible. The plumbing, electrical, decoration, and supporting functions are all prefabricated in the factory, eliminating the need for secondary construction and greatly improving construction efficiency and quality.
Dimensions and Functional Layout
In design, demountable container houses usually have fixed dimensions in length, width, and height. The common single-unit specifications are as follows: a length of 6055mm (indoor net dimension 5845mm), a width of 2990/2435mm (indoor net dimension 2780/2220mm), and a height of 2896mm (indoor net dimension 2500mm). Several fixed functional room layouts can be set up, and according to different usage requirements, the functional rooms can be flexibly combined to achieve mass production of standardized products and meet diverse usage needs.
Combination Method and Space Utilization
Demountable container houses can be used individually or combined horizontally and vertically to form spacious usage spaces. Vertically, they can be stacked up to three layers high, effectively improving land utilization and being suitable for places with high space requirements.
Environmental Adaptability and Application Scenarios
This design has strong environmental adaptability, with good anti-corrosion, sealing, and thermal insulation properties. It can meet the needs of construction project camps, temporary housing, field operation camps, emergency shelters, schools, hospitals, tourist stations, and various commercial housing, providing a stable and comfortable living and working environment in various complex environments.
