Decorated Mobile Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

The decorated mobile toilet should balance practicality, aesthetics, and durability, which can be achieved through material selection, structural design, and functional configuration:

Material selection should balance environmental friendliness and performance. For the exterior wall, it is recommended to use metal carved panels with a gray and white color scheme. The surface metal layer provides corrosion resistance, while the internal polyurethane foam layer offers thermal insulation, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. The interior floor should be made of anti-slip tiles with a surface friction coefficient of at least 0.6 to prevent slipping due to water accumulation. For the walls, bamboo-wood fiber panels are recommended. These panels are made from bamboo and wood powder through high-temperature extrusion, releasing no formaldehyde and offering excellent moisture resistance. If the budget allows, marble can be chosen for the countertop. With a hardness of Mohs 6-7, it is more wear-resistant than ordinary artificial stone, but regular sealing is required to prevent stain penetration.

Structural design should follow the principle of being lightweight and durable. The main frame should be welded from Q235B steel, which has a yield strength of at least 235MPa and can withstand wind loads of up to Level 10. The overall height is recommended to be within the range of 2.5-3 meters, and the width should not exceed 2 meters, ensuring sufficient interior space (net height ≥ 2.2 meters) while facilitating transportation and lifting. The mobile unit should be equipped with high-strength universal wheels, each with a load-bearing capacity of at least 500kg, and a braking and fixing system should be installed to prevent displacement during use.

Functional configuration should focus on user-friendly details. The ventilation system is recommended to adopt a double-layer sliding window design, with an outer layer of 5mm tempered glass and an inner layer of 304 stainless steel mesh, ensuring both lighting and preventing mosquitoes from entering. Independent rooms should be equipped with a sound insulation layer filled with 50mm thick glass wool, which can reduce internal noise by 15-20 decibels. The electrical system should be equipped with IP54-rated waterproof sockets, BV2.5mm² copper wires for the circuits, and a leakage protection device to ensure electrical safety. Additionally, smart sensors for flushing and ultraviolet disinfection lamps can be added according to the usage scenario to enhance the user experience.
