2. State-Owned Asset Container Rental: Danzhou State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. rents out four assets, including Xilian Cold Storage, Royal Mall, Commercial Compound, and Baimajing Sugar Refinery, located in Baimajing Town and Nada Town. The rental period is 3-5 years, and operational uses must comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental protection requirements.
